Really am enjoying myself here. They were both very kind and made our hotel experience here very enjoyable 😉 thanks so much. The guy at the desk even recommended places to us that we can visit in DC such as food places. Very welcoming and friendly ;)

I lost my main card on the way to the hotel and needed it for my incidentals ( room was prepaid in full) the staff made me feel like they were waiting for every opportunity not to put me in my room. The shower did not have hot water. I’d recommend going somewhere else.

There is definitely a management training issue with frontline staff. Staff were not friendly, Was not greeted upon arrival or departure when I had a question despite using the app. The hotel itself, unlike many curio collection hotels did not even offer a complementary coffee service in the lobby in the morning. While the rooms are nice, all other elements of the hotel are simply serviceable. Given the immense number of hotels in the area, I would expect more.
