Convenient location. Kinda loud because I can hear people party with loud music outside. Room is arranged strangely. No drinking water available. Have fridge have microwave.

Room is very clean, and the location is excellent. All interactions with hotel staff were mediocre at best. There is definitely a management training issue with frontline staff. Staff were not friendly, Was not greeted upon arrival or departure when I had a question despite using the app. The hotel itself, unlike many curio collection hotels did not even offer a complementary coffee service in the lobby in the morning. While the rooms are nice, all other elements of the hotel are simply serviceable. Given the immense number of hotels in the area, I would expect more.

The location is great—close to Georgetown, the National Mall, and plenty of dining options. The room itself was clean and comfortable.
However, service was poor. No one replied to messages via the Hilton app, and the front desk staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. On top of that, the hotel was noisy at night, which made it hard to sleep. For a Hilton-branded property, the overall experience fell far short of expectations.

Very good location, close to the national mall.
The rooms are very worn out (electricity, plumbing, general look). The windows are single glazing, and the surroundings very noisy.
Roller shutters are very light.
But the staff is really professional and comprehensive.
Kudos for the free water fountain at the lobby.

Starting this review with the pros of this hotel: Location- loved the location. Easily walkable to Georgetown and metro stations. Clean- our room was clean upon arrival. That’s about it for the pros. I am very loyal to Hilton and chose this hotel because I’ve rarely stayed at any of their “boutique” locations and thought this would be a nice one to try. The cons of this place heavily outweigh the pros. The front desk staff were just ok. Not really that friendly and looked like they’d rather be anywhere but there. A stark contrast to any other Hilton I’ve stayed at. Probably the worst part about this hotel is the noise. There is a rum bar that’s connected to this hotel and if you stay in any of the odd numbered rooms your windows will be looking down at their open roof bar and you will hear the loudest music and customers until about 12am. It will literally sound like they are in your room with you. Front desk is definitely aware of how bad this is based on their reaction when I asked what time the bar closed. I truly would not recommend this hotel to anyone who will be back in their room before 12am simply due to how loud the noise is. Noise cancelling headphones don’t do much either. Very disappointing and wish I would’ve read others detailed reviews about requesting an even numbered room that faces the street and maybe I would’ve had a better experience.
