Was just there yesterday I loved the hotel one of the best i have ever been in. The staff was amazing and friendly. I misplaced my merch I bought at the caps game last night. They help me to find it. The valet was awesome and kind I had an incredible experience. Thank you everyone.

I'm was disappointed! We booked a capitol view room when we arrived it wasn't available because they're doing renovations. I asked the guy at the front desk why didn't they notify us that our room type wasn't available. He stated they reached out to the 3rd party(Expedia) that we booked through. We contacted Expedia and they told us that wasn't the truth. They gave us the difference in the room price we paid. The operational manager told me they would give us one free night of parking and they did so overall I'm satisfied. Although we didn't get the room we booked the one we stayed in wasn't bad, was clean and comfortable. In spite of the hiccups they did what they could to make us happy. Everyone was friendly.

My experience at this Hilton property was simply unacceptable.
First, I was booked into a room where the fire alarm went off every time I took a shower. It was loud, disruptive, and completely ruined any sense of comfort. I would have to wait each time for them to manually come to my room to turn off the flashing lights. When I reported it, the staff acknowledged the issue and promised to compensate me with Hilton Honors points. However, they later refused to honor that promise, which shows a complete lack of integrity and accountability.
On top of that, the hotel gym has is closed for months for renovations. If you value your fitness routine, you’ll be sorely disappointed.
To make matters worse, the hotel is located right next to a firehouse, so expect to hear fire trucks blaring. Between the alarms, sirens, and broken promises, this stay was a disaster from start to finish.

As always, great Hilton service with a fantastic location in proximity to the Congressional offices. Easy 10-20 minute walk to every office building. Highly recommended.

Had an amazing time staying at this Hilton for my very first time in DC. Good location to lots of attractions - I must say, some are within walking distance. Room was clean despite a small issue with the lighting upon check-in, but later resolved.
Kudos to the front desk team, from Maggie, Robert, Leger & Justin. Anteneh and Giddeon were also helpful not to mention Francesco & Daniel at the Lounge.
Would certainly go back!!!
