High level hotel as you would expect with Conrad. Very close to the convention center with shops and restaurants around. The room was really nice: extremely clean, comfortable bed, large bathroom/shower. The bar/restaurant is also really good. The fitness room had everything.

Our stay at the Conrad DC was amazing. The hotel is beautiful, the staff was amazing and the location is within walking distance to a ton of restaurants, shopping and museums. We upgraded to the Sakura level and it was well worth it. You have unlimited access to their private lounge which was a hit with my 9 year old son. They have unlimited snacks, food and drinks for 24 hours a day. We ate there for breakfast and dinner everyday. The entire staff at the Sakura lounge was so nice, accommodating and helpful. Special thank you to Tee and Daryl. They went above and beyond to make my son and I feel welcomed. This is the only hotel we will stay at when in DC.

Fantastic experience. I was so comfortable and well taken care of. The hotel is beautiful and clean and service was impeccable. Huge thank you to Rony who was such a pleasure to meet and felt like I made a friend. He's an asset to your team and the thoughtful gift he left for my niece was so sweet. The ONE criticism i have is the business lounge... there is no real comfortable space to get work done. I left the room to allow it to be made up and the business area is just one desk and some couches in the counter so it was literally me and like 4 others on headphones trying to do zoom calls lol! The next day I just worked in my room and let housekeeping move around me. No big deal but that's my one hot take. But seriously I can't wait to come back. Thanks again.

Well, the hotel and staff was nice and the room was clean, valet is what I have the biggest issue with. Beware when valet your car. My boyfriend and I drove separately for a weekend get together, he had a surprise for me and his car as we were leaving, he went to give it to me, and we found out that ballet completely ransacked his car and pretty much stole random things along with the valuable that he was surprising me with. With this hotel being as Nice as it is, this is absolutely unacceptable. We paid $650 for the room room service was extremely expensive and valet. It was also extremely expensive, do better Conrad.

First time staying at a Conrad in the US and man definitely disappointing when compared to the warm hospitality over seas, seems saying good morning is forgotten . I upgraded and got the Sakura club access which was worth it for the snacks . Wanted to order room service one night to get a pizza and to my surprise there was no pizza on the hotel or restaurante menu, menu was limited . Also ordered some pancakes and waffles with fruit and they just gave me plain pancakes ! paid out of pocket even though I had Sakura club access ( only French toast available there ) and unfortunately they were very simple . Also if you’re a Conrad plush / toy collector there were none available when I stood there first week of October . Supposedly out of stock, one of the front desk staff said they would try and contact me when they would get a batch back in stock and could ship it to me, but I never herd back.
