  We have stayed at the Conrad multiple times and I even hosted my bachelor party here in their sanctuary. We go back again and again for 2 reasons... The service. And Sakura Club. Truly this hotel is like our happy place and Sakura Club is arguably the best club experience we have ever had, on level with the Ritz Carlton properties in the area (and maybe superior IMO) because they offer a full dinner service, made to order items for breakfast and dinner, and the snacks and amazing drink selection are available 24/7, and from 3-5pm you can even request a whiskey tasting of 3 different spirits. Seriously... Why don't they do this everywhere??? Tom and Marlin ALWAYS take amazing care of us and the rest of the staff is so quick to please! And while this hotel isn't cheap, the value you get when booking Sakura Club is out of this world, especially given alcohol is included. It's also a beautiful club space, just wish it was bigger. They had a live harp player in their lobby which was quite incredible to experience. The restaurant is absolutely delicious, even just the burger is excellent. Rooms aren't anything crazy luxurious, but they don't leave you wanting for anything. The suites are standouts however, especially the hospitality suite with a full kitchen that overlooks the terrace on the 3rd floor. Amazing for our family. Studio suite was also nice when connected with an additional room. Truly a GEM in Washington and a top 3 favorite hotel for us out of the dozens we've stayed at. They always accommodate us and it's always memorable. Pro Tip- Make sure if you have little children that you ask for a Panda. Cutest dang thing ever!

  We just had the most incredible experience at the Conrad. It is an absolute top-notch, high quality facility. From the moment we were greeted by the valet and the door staff, an ease and warm welcome by check-in, a gorgeous room with a fabulous bathroom and amenities, and nice gym facilities. The restaurant and food was an amazing experience. We cannot wait to return! Thank you to all of the Conrad staff we came in contact with for making this such a memorable time.

  I had the pleasure of spending the final day of the year at the Conrad Washington, DC, and the experience was truly exceptional from start to finish. The hotel’s elegant design, prime location, and impeccable attention to detail created the perfect setting for a memorable stay in the nation’s capital. Upon arrival, I was greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism by Nour at the front desk. Despite the busy holiday period, he took the time to make me feel welcomed, handled the check-in process efficiently, and upgraded me to a spacious and beautifully appointed corner room on the ninth floor. The room offered stunning views and was a serene retreat after a day of exploring the city. The following morning, I enjoyed breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant, where the service remained outstanding even amid the high demand of the holiday season. The avocado toast was fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared—a highlight of the meal. Every staff member I encountered, from housekeeping to the restaurant team, demonstrated a consistent commitment to hospitality and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. The Conrad Washington, DC exceeded my expectations in every respect, delivering a level of service and sophistication that is rare to find. I am already looking forward to returning in the spring to experience the city’s vibrant energy once again, and I will undoubtedly choose to stay at the Conrad. Thank you to the entire team for making my New Year’s Eve stay so special and unforgettable. Highly recommended.

  Had a wonderful stay at the Conrad DC. Property is beautiful and service was nothing less than 5 stars. Got to have both breakfast and lunch at Estuary and staff went above and beyond (at least during lunch) to make our meal enjoyable. Can't wait to return next year.

  We had the most wonderful stay at the Conrad! The service was amazing, the staff members were all incredibly kind, and the rooms were comfy and clean. We had the best experience with our concierge, Katie. Between her bubbly and outgoing personality and her constant willingness to help, she truly made our visit the best it could have been. She went above and beyond for us - helping my husband get a balloon bouquet for my birthday and delivering a gluten free dessert to our room. She remembered our names throughout our visit and was sure to see how we were doing every time we passed her table. We will definitely be back next time we visit DC!
