Well located property and nicely furnished. Walking distance to most locations within downtown DC. Prices were fair. Service was good. The only issue I had was related to the thermostat temperature in my room. It was cool weather outside and learned the heat was on, but was too warm to my liking and tried to cool the room down. The thermostat would not do that. Had to open the window. I didn’t want to leave the window open for too long as there were no screens on them.

Comfortable and great stay. A longer walk from the Farragut Metro stops but worth the walk. And a safe walk on 17th to Rhode Island. This hotel has a boutique feel and is very welcoming. Rooms are fairly large and clean. All staff friendly and helpful. Super convenient restaurant with tasty drinks and assortment of wines and beers. It is independent from the hotel, but you can still redeem daily Honors food and beverage credits. I look forward to visiting again.

Loved this hotel! The staff were great and went above and beyond!
The rooms are nice and clean and have all you need for a stay. The location is perfect.
All the staff would say hi and ask how you were EVERY TIME you met them. Very personable.
The second day of my stay after I got back from working I got an emergency family call that I needed to leave immediately so I could get home. It was already late and I went to the front desk and they checked me out and did not charge for the additional day without asking any questions. They wished me well and safe travels and asked what else they could do.
This is what a true hotel is like and what all staff should be like. Truly awesome!!
