- SSsrevOct 24, 20251.0I would absolutely avoid booking here at all costs. I’ve never experienced service as horrendous as this, especially for the price I’m paying. I booked this place because I wanted to finally treat myself but I would’ve had better service at the motel down the street. To make a painfully long story short, book this place if you want no internet connection in your room, to have to talk to THEIR tech people for over an hour on the phone - going in circles and resolving nothing (hope you didn’t have dinner plans or a wedding reception to go to!), a room that clearly hasn’t been cleaned because why are someone’s keys literally at the foot of my bed upon entering?, and having to recount your hour long tech conversation with multiple staff hours later because I guess no one communicates about guest issues and the problem still isn’t resolved? At least Hazel the manager said she would “email someone” because “there’s nothing else they can do” for me! Really makes a guest feel cherished to hear that. Definitely come here if you want to have the absolute worse vacation for yourself.

The bed was decent, though the pillows lacked the Force — a bit too soft to maintain proper Jedi neck alignment. The room setup was practical: microwave, Keurig, and a solid desk area for mission planning. A small sofa with galactic-green pillows added a nice touch of color. Props to the Hilton crew for offering free water to their Honors members — a small but welcome gesture when traversing dry hotel atmospheres. (For the rest of us Padawans, it’s $2 a bottle.) Overall, a clean and quiet stay, ideal for travelers preparing for an early flight at Bradley International. Not exactly a five-star Jedi Temple, but it gets the job done with steady Republic efficiency.

Hostess Heidi and chef Ricardo were amazing and went above and beyond masking our breakfast experience really great especially for our kids. Can't wait to stay here again
