Housekeeping did a terrible job cleaning our room. There were several fruit flies 🪰 in our bathroom. My wife spent a 1/2 hr killing those fruit flies. She was scared to what she thought she saw in our closet. I turned on my phone flashlight 🔦 only to find dirt and hair on the closet floor. We were offered a different room but it was getting late and we have a long day traveling tomorrow. I have to say that I am very disappointed with our experience at this property. Pictures say a thousand words.
- MEMichael EmeryOct 26, 20252.0The most important thing to me is the bathroom and bed in any hotel, the shower had spots of mold i several areas and the corners were not cleaned inside or out in a while in the shower, the vent has paint peeling off it, these few things could easily be resolved, someone to take a few extra minutes to clean it up, simply put, a deep clean in the bathroom. The bed was comfy and the sheets were clean. The location is good to the airport, breakfast was pretty decent, food bins stayed full, waffle machine had batter.
