  Booked a king suite with 1 bedroom. The room only came with sheets and 1 pillow for my kids to sleep on the pull out. When we called the desk for more the lady told us the housekeeper had already gone home and she didn’t have any other blankets to give us. The tissue box was empty when we arrived. The other smell of the building was quite musty and the shower was had a nasty buildup on it. The sofa had a stain on it and the walls were paper thin I could hear the person above us on the phone all morning

  Hotel was clean and check in was smooth. The apartment was well put together. The kitchen is small but had what we needed.We skipped breakfast because it was cold and we didn’t want to step out into the cold to go get breakfast so we made our own.Kind of wish it was like other hotels where you don’t have to step outside to go to the Lobby. Make sure you walk with your dishwashing soap and a sponge because there were none when we checked in.The kitchen sink is really tiny and there is no oven in that apartment.The living room was spacious with a pull out couch and a tv. The bedroom has two full bed although we prefer queen but we made it work and it comes with a closet which is convenient. The toilet water goes down really slow but the bathroom area is spacious with separate area with the sink. I can hear my family walking while I was in another room so the building is not sound proof. I was also worried that the people downstairs would be hearing us walking but my husband said he didn’t see any lights on so that made me relax a bit. The location seems safe and we didn’t hear any airplanes even though the airport is close by. There is a Popeyes and a Wendy’s close by and two gas stations. We were also disappointed there is no indoor pool. My kids love the pool so if we stay again it will only be in the summer.

  The first room they gave have us was not cleaned. Garbage everywhere and the room was dirty. There was food left in the fridge. That tells you no one inspections the room to say they are ready. The front desk was accommodating and provided a new room. The second room was okay. The toilet pressure sucked, it took forever to flush. The toilet ran all night. There was less than half a roll of paper towel provided in the kitchen. I had to ask for dish soap and a sponge to wash the dishes. The microwave stopped working after one use. The breakfast was horrible. There was no variety and no containers for you to take the food back to the room. Compared to other hotels I have stayed at which were not Homewood Suites were way better. The suites here are very small. It snowed during the night, even though they put out salt no one shoveled. When you went to get breakfast and back to your room, there are no mats to wipe your feet, so snow was brought into the hotel room. Needless to say we did not have a good sleep. Lastly why do I have to pay $250.00 for a deposit. Other hotels are $75.00 - $100.00. I was highly upset about that. I prepaid for my room in advance. Paying $250.00 for a deposit for a room that was barley maintained is upsetting.

  Easy check-in, free parking, and the room was conveniently located. Staff handed us a bag eith bottled water in it and my favorite cookies. That was nice. The space felt warm and welcoming the moment we walked in, more like an Airbnb-style rental than a traditional hotel room. There was a welcome message on the televisions which was a thoughtful touch. I really appreciated the full-size refrigerator and the small kitchen with a stove. It made the stay feel comfortable, practical, and well-suited for longer stays or anyone who prefers having the option to cook. Overall, a smooth, comfortable experience with great amenities.

  The room very nice and clean but the workers in the front desk very rude I was talking in the phone to the guy in the front desk and he hang the phone before I finish my talk ‘that’s happened twice with two different people
