Beyond happy with my stay. We got a 1 bedroom fireplace suite arrived last night and I felt like I was at a home away from home from minute I stepped in. The hotel looks like an apartment complex but it was so convenient to unload all our luggage and settle in. My only complaint is i did not know the fireplace was an actual fireplace (not electric or propane) so last night I couldn't have a fire but tonight after buying duraflame logs we have a fire going now.

Perfect location for my work trip. Super close to many restaurants and stores which was extremely convenient. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious and had great amenities like the stove top, microwave, dishwasher, and spacious refrigerator; perfect for a week stay! The beds were a bit creaky and moved around a lot but they were still very comfortable to sleep on. The only issue I had was that there was no sponge or dish soap for the sink in the kitchen. Other than that, everything was perfect. Very clean. The bathroom was also great with good amount of towels and great quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The complimentary breakfast was also good, lots of options. I really enjoyed my stay here and I would definitely come back.

Hot shower, descent bed, no weed smoke from other guests... Cool smart TVs that connect to your Netflix or Disney+ account..It logs out automatically when you leave. The frig has an ice maker but you have to remember to flick the bar down to turn it on.

I booked this 3 months in advance to attend a local event for which I had to travel 500 miles. I am severely mobility impaired and called when I booked it to ensure that the room had a handicap accessible shower, not a tub and that I did not have a long walk to get to the room. I was reassured that the room I was booking would meet those needs. The morning before I left, I called to confirm that the room would meet those needs and was informed that the room had a tub, not a shower but that they would move me to a room that did. When I arrived, I told the person at the desk the same and she assured me that although the room was on the second floor there was an elevator nearby. When I went to the room I found that the elevator was at the opposite end of the building from the room which required a very difficult long walk dragging my baggage. Then I found the room had a tub shower. I called the front desk to advise them of the mistake and was told that they had no rooms left with a walk in shower but that they would move me to a room that was a first floor room that was very easy to get to or that I could book at another hotel! This room was again a long walk to get to. The shortest way to get there was to climb a set of stairs to the second floor and back down a second set. I just accepted it, but it was not a good stay. I will not return.
