Rooms are nice. Vents in the bathroom needs cleaned. Cookies were hard and airport shuttle too 40 minutes and 2 calls to pick us up and driver held phone in one hand talking to someone in Spanish and drove with the other hand. So much for safety. Never said hi and nobody apologized when I complained. The so called manager sent me a reply that she said was a Hilton template.

I recently stayed at this hotel on a work related trip. Upon arrival, at approximately 11pm, I noticed three local police vehicle parked in front of the hotel. I didn't think much of it because it could be for any number of things. I parked, went inside and checked in. The clerk at the front desk was friendly and didn't mention anything regarding the police cars.
After I checked it, I went to the elevators to go to my room. When the first elevator opened, I was greeted with an elevator covered in blood. There was fresh blood all over the floor. I went back to the front desk to make sure she was aware of the mess. Her response was she knew about it and said, "just use the other elevator". Unfortunately, due to the way elevators work, the second elevator would not come to the main floor until the first elevator left. So, I had to reach inside the elevator to push a button and then wait for the other elevator.
To me, the elevator should have been shut down to prevent someone from having to deal with the biohazard and just the image of blood. It was very frustrating the lack of concern by the staff at the desk as well.
I later found out there was a drug-related assault that occurred somewhere in the hotel a few minutes before my arrival.
The rest of the stay was uneventful but the rooms were definitely in need up both updating and basic maintenance. The ceiling above the bed was pealing, the inside of the bathroom door looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks and there was not shower gel in the shower. I would definitely not recommend staying here and will encourage my company to find another place for our annual meeting/training.

Nice staff here but a dump otherwise. Rooms are very small and incredibly badly decorated for a Doubletree, which is normally a pretty good hotel brand. Overall very dated inside and out.
