Rooms seem to be recently remodeled. Bath room was on the small side. Room service and breakfast staff were very good.

Hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Some of the staff are out of the this world and some need to get there heads checked. The manager helped me greatly through and awful first night experience and then when my husband and I were waiting for an Uber to leave the hotel, called the police on us because we were sitting out front with our luggage, which put a sour taste back on our stay at this hotel. The sales manager is the only manager there who has a human side, and is understandable about some awful experiences that happened during our stay. She is the only reason I'd think twice about staying here again. Other staff are extremely rude and unfriendly

Oof… if you’re into cold-white soulless light in your room you’ll love it here. Somewhere along the way people have forgotten good lighting and opted for lighting so white it’s blue and so blue it cools the room by 15 degrees. It’s not even bright task lighting but dim-ish dead light. I’ve been in dank scary alleys with better lighting. Hey Hilton, try warm-white bulbs. Oh, and my TV doesn’t work. Ugh.

We choose this hotel for its proximity to the airport, and because we were told we could have a private space for a meeting. Meeting was scheduled Saturday from 4-10.
Issue #1 - The room the meeting was in was connected to the bar which was very loud and there were no doors to close off the bar from the space we were meeting in. It was very hard to hear one another in our meeting at times.
Issue #2 - EVERY SINGLE PERSON in our group ordered dinner and an alcoholic beverage. Many of us order 2 or more alcoholic beverages. A few of us asked for water and the bartender loudly complained that he could not be serving us waters all night. WHAT?
Issue #3 - room was not swept very well - there were sprinkles from a cake or cookies on the floor in my guest room, there was NO mini-fridge, sparse on bathroom towels, and lighting in the bathroom was very dim! Seriously not up to standards for the prices our group was charged per night for a guest room.

If you want a clean stay, this is not for you. Pictures included to help you avoid having to change hotels like us. Gunk on the nightstands, mold in the tiles & shower curtain, water in the floor, dust and grime everywhere, and the floors look like they are skipped daily.
