I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of our stay in a suite, not to mention for a great price! Bed was super clean and comfy, not a speck of dirt or dust ANYWHERE. Our check in was very pleasant and so was our check out. Would love to stay here again!

They nickel and dime you to death. $4.12 per my right to park on the lot! Never heard of that anywhere else. $75 for early check-in, even by a half hour. Very odd that there is no place to hang a hand towel near the sink. The breakfast is disgusting. Congealed oatmeal, eggs that are a rubbery mix of fried and scrambled, and water for coffee wasn't super hot.

The room itself was physically okay, but the service was bad. I found a parking surcharge on my bank statement that was never mentioned at check-in, nor did they even ask if I had a car. Communication was poor. I wasn't given the WiFi password or breakfast times. Worst of all, the microwave started making a weird ringing noise every minute starting at 2:30 AM, which completely ruined my sleep. Between the hidden fees and the noise, I cannot recommend this place.

We drove from Florida to Connecticut, and check-in was a breeze. The digital key card didn't work through the app though. We stayed for almost a week, and the person at the front desk when we arrived was friendly, helpful, and kind. Our group included four adults, a four-year-old, and two dogs. The hotel was definitely dog-friendly, which we appreciated, but it would’ve been even better if they had a designated fenced-in pet area for dogs to play safely. Now for the most important part—the room. The bedroom was clean, though the carpet felt a little sticky, which may be expected in a pet-friendly hotel. Overall, the bathroom and beds were clean and a good size. The bathroom was spacious, and I liked that the shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and lotion were all mounted on the wall and easy to access. However, they only provided three towels, which wasn’t enough for our group. The TV and internet worked well. I had to work while we were there before Thanksgiving, and both the room and the lobby offered good spaces to get things done. I enjoyed being able to work downstairs with a cup of coffee. They offered coffee and hot water for tea 24/7, which felt like a luxury. Breakfast was okay—not the best. The hot food wasn’t actually hot, and the apples were soft and overripe. Still, there were decent options like oatmeal (though cold), a waffle maker (probably the most popular choice), and a full breakfast window from 6–10 a.m., which was a blessing. Despite the crowds over Thanksgiving week, the staff kept everything refilled in a timely manner. We didn’t use the indoor pool because the water heater was out of order. The cost per night was affordable, and the pet fee was about $75 for the duration of our stay. I also used the gym, which was well equipped for a solid workout—it even had a Peloton (though I opted for a HIIT workout instead). Overall, we had a great experience, I decided that might be the place we stay whenever we are in town. The service was excellent, the amenities were convenient, and the stay was comfortable for both our family and our dogs. Highly recommend if you have pets and even small kids.
