    Update: We were offered a second deck chair, which we appreciate. The staff here are very kind and try to help as best they can. I wish the property owner would show the same level of care. We’ve watched the property decline for the past three years. Basic amenities are being neglected. This is probably our last time staying here in spite of its nearness to family.

    I’ve stayed at many Hilton brand hotels, including Hampton Inn in many locations. This one did not live up to my expectations of the brand that I’ve seen fulfilled everywhere else. The power outlets in the bathroom did not work, some of the towels were visibly stained, the fitted sheet did not properly fit the king bed and kept popping off, the ice maker on the 2nd floor did not work, and the breakfast was subpar. Otherwise, it was clean and in a pretty location, but they need to make some general improvements on basic things. Execution is key for business travelers.

    Didnt pay much attention to the room but nothing out of the ordinary. In a quite private looking area. Which was great, not much street noise. Jazmin(dont kill me if its spelled another way :[ ) and Gabe were great and very kind. No complaints. Will deff be coming back.
