Unfortunately, I will not stay here again. The bed in my room was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. My neck and back are still hurting more than 24 hours after I left. I will for sure be in the chiropractor tomorrow. Breakfast was average. Nothing to complain about or brag about. Location was good since it was just a couple of minutes off the Merritt Pkwy.

- JLJohn LevinsOct 25, 20254.0* Staff (3.0) - night check-in gal was definitely not the best director of first impressions, had zero personality and never once smiled or interacted .. a robot could have done her job better; the morning guy was infinitely better * Room (4.5) - very, very nice room with br separate from living/kitchen, toilet & shower have door, although the sink & closet are open to the br; decor is pleasant, seems relatively newer, certainly not outdated or worn anywhere that I could tell * Overall (4.0) - nothing to complain about, save for the layout. We were in a 200’s room, the hall for which is surely like the rest and is the longest I’ve ever seen, made us long for roller blades! :) Granted, that’s just a niggle of ocd proportions so I’ll not grade off for that ; ) * Store (4.5) - convenient options with price tags (yay), with prices that were requisitely high but not atrocious either at least * Breakfast (4.0) - grading on the curve, as it’s pretty standard fare for free breakfast - hot eggs (the premix kind that seem fake), limp, greasy bacon, fresh from frozen breads, waffle station, fresh fruit, etc. Coffee was good, which is always refreshing, for it’s often not at other hotels and bad coffee’s no way to start a day, right y’all coffee lovers?
