We were guest at the Loud a few weeks ago. Our check in receptionist was Samantha. She was extremely pleasant, professional and kind.
I do not stay at hotels like this very often, so someone like Samantha made the stay easy and pleasant.

We enjoyed a comfortable stay- room was quiet and very clean. We had a little delay getting into our room but the staff and Aaliyah at the front desk were very accommodating and so helpful in getting us settled, they provided a breakfast credit for the trouble which was a nice touch!

This Lloyd Stampford was an excellent choice for a weekend getaway and conveniently located near where we needed to be in Rye Brook, NY. The property is modern, beautifully decorated, and truly impressive. Our only concern was that the walls were quite thin, as we could hear activity from neighboring rooms, such as flushing toilets. Additionally, when people were talking in the hallways, you could hear everything very clearly. That said, we appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including the bathrobes and the small dining table in the room. These are features that more hotels should offer. I loved that the beds had double the mattress covers. This made me super happy and is something I appreciate. They offered valet parking, which was ideal since we got in after midnight and just wanted to go to bed. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and we would choose to stay here again if we returned to the area.

The Lloyd was the perfect stay for my husband and I when we were visiting family for Christmas. Samantha at the front desk was so incredibly kind and i had forgotten as I had booked the room months in advance that I had made a note about if they had a room with a bath, but she made sure we had one. Quiet, terrific staff and walking distance to drinks and food even on Christmas night. We will 100% be returning.
