It's Tuesday, not peak day or time, first called the front desk, placed on hold 20 minutes, call back to reservation to get the info I needed, another 10 minutes of bs to get a person!!! Looking for a whirlpool bathtub room, yes we have available 275$, I could go to the casino and get a much better whirlpool bathtub room for about the same price 🤔!!! And after a half hour of bs to talk to a person? Absolutely not, they are delusional!!!

Worst Hilton hotel experience in years. The room was clean but the finishes (carpet, walls, trim, furnishings) are worn, soiled or damaged and look like they should have been replaced 10 years ago. The overall feel of the place is worn. The window in our room would not fully close. The carpet had a massive stain. The curtains were flopping off their track and the pull sticks missing. In addition to all this, apparently this is a hot spot for kids hockey teams, so despite signs saying "Quiet Hours" begin at 10 pm, it isn't so. Screaming children run through the hallways. The morning of our departure, the entire hotel lost hot water. The boiler was on the fritz so ice cold shower was the start to the day. Avoid this hotel.

My girlfriend took me here for my birthday night. And we couldn’t use jacuzzi there because it was green, the walls on the pool looked gross, they had pile of trash in a corner in the pool room.
We get to the room to shower and there is no hot water. I called the front desk and this is at 12 in the morning now, and they say they will get us a new room. We waited and waited till we fell asleep and we wake up to a rice saying no hot water in building. We just brush out teeth and leave and check out and wanted a refund and because they believe they fixed problem before we left that we don’t deserve some type of refund or anything . Front desk is rude , and act like they don’t want to be there. The manager was even worse and talked down to me and my girlfriend like we didn’t mean anything. I don’t recommend anyone to come here. Imagine getting out a pool to want to take a hot shower and it’s ice cold and they forget to even call back and let you know what’s going on.

There was no hot water in my room and the front desk nor corporate helped us. The staff in the building is very rude. She does not listen to her guests and she is very dismissive. Don’t bother going here because you’ll just be disappointed. The pool is small and the jacuzzi water was GREEN. I would give them 0 stars as an establishment.

When we got there there were what sounded like a horde of screaming children at the pool. You could hear them from the elevators. We jokingly hoped we wouldn't have to deal with that again. It was so loud. Welp, they were in the room next to us. Parents didn't seem to have any control of the kids, or didn't care to try. They were up screaming all night which made our dogs anxious and bark throughout the night causing us to hardly sleep after an 8 hour drive down in the car. When we called the front desk they said something rude about parents not knowing how to control kids and that they would address it and offered us breakfast vouchers. Needless to say, the madness in the room next to ours didn't stop until they checked out.
As for breakfast, be prepared to spend $17.95+ on hot breakfast, per day, per person. The guy putting out the food wouldn't stop hitting on me and calling me a pretty girl while standing WAY too close to me. I took a step away and tried to walk away but he kept going about how pretty I was and that he wasn't really bothering me. So I said "you kind of are" but that still wasn't clear enough. The whole interaction made me very uncomfortable.
We also requested more pillows upon booking, and was even willing to pay extra for it. No pillows when we got up there. So the first morning I asked one of the cleaning folks in the hall if we could get some extra pillows in our room and they flat out said no.
Upon check out we voiced our concerns and they assured us someone from their management team would reach out to us as this is not their normal standard of doing business. It's been 2 full days and then some. Nothing.
Beware booking here with dogs too. We have two very goofy, dopey, friendly dogs. Twice staff ran in the other direction screaming because we emerged from the elevators or our room.
Actually beware booking here in general if this is how they now conduct business. It's a shame because for the last year we've stayed here over a dozen times and never had an issue. The one time we do they show us their true colors.
