I booked my room with miles and because I became ill at the last minute as per policy I couldn't get my miles back. After just a couple of calls Carrie Caesar not only refunded my miles back she gave me a few extra miles for the inconvenience. Great staff, wonderful place to spend the night. Will definitely return here.

I wouldn't know about the service because I was just visiting a friend, but her room was beautiful and the lobby and hallways were gorgeous. ✨ They still had their holiday decorations up and even though I'm not a Christmas person, they were stunning. Very classy and cozy. Good location and plenty of parking.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ABSOLUTELY AMAZING — The Best Vendor of Our Entire Wedding Weekend!
My wife and I hosted our wedding last weekend, and staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites Rocky Hill, CT was hands-down one of the BEST decisions we made during the entire planning process. Out of every vendor we worked with, this hotel was our absolute favorite—and it wasn’t even close.
From the moment we booked our room block, the staff went above and beyond in every possible way. Viashali, the Sales Manager, was extraordinary. She was organized, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our wedding weekend perfect. She made every step feel effortless and completely stress-free.
At the front desk, Carrie, the Front Desk Manager, was an absolute superstar. She handled guest check-ins, early arrivals, last-minute needs, and everything in between with complete professionalism and kindness. So many of our guests specifically commented on how welcome she made them feel.
The housekeeping team was equally exceptional. Gisela and Yoli, the Housekeeping Supervisors, ran their department with flawless precision. Our guests kept raving about how clean and comfortable their rooms were. Every suite was spotless, organized, and clearly maintained with pride. They made sure our entire group had a smooth and comfortable stay during a very busy weekend.
We truly cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Every single staff member we interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely excited to be part of our celebration. The entire place ran like a well-oiled machine.
If it were up to us, Viashali, Carrie, Gisela, and Yoli would each be running their own hotel—that’s how exceptional they are.
We have zero complaints and endless praise. Our guests loved their stay, we loved our stay, and the Hampton Inn & Suites Rocky Hill played a huge part in making our wedding weekend perfect. We will be recommending this hotel to absolutely everyone.

My heart and and I traveled to look at a cemetery furva plot for a sick family member.
We also attended a Barbershop Quartet to see my brother perform.
The breakfast buffet was lovely and the coffee was great. I recommend the scones.

I stayed here one night on a recent visit to Connecticut based off of the good reviews. What a disappointment.
When I first got to the room, I was very impressed - everything was clean, the room looked recently remodeled. Lots of desk space, nice closet, spacious bathroom.
Unfortunately, when they remodeled, they must have used tissue paper for the walls. I have never stayed in a hotel with thinner walls. The sound of people walking in the room above us was so loud, sounded like they were practicing for a dance competition. After trying for an hour to sleep, I went to the front desk and asked to be moved. The staff was helpful, and was able to move me to a room on the top floor, where I was finally able to get some sleep.
Instead of waking up to my alarm clock, I was awoken by the people in the room next to me saying "welp, it's 6:30, time to get up." While I appreciate that they wanted to get up bright and early, I did not. But again, the walls are so thin, even someone speaking at a normal volume in the room next to yours, it sounds like they are in your room.
The included breakfast was decent; I appreciate the apples being individually wrapped, and the hot food was good.
Overall I was extremely disappointed in this hotel, and will not be staying here again. Don't stay here unless you are an extremely heavy sleeper, and/or sleep with earplugs.
