    This is what a Hampton Inn should be! Simple, clean, comfortable. My last stay at a Hampton (in a completely different part of the country) was so poor that it almost caused me to switch brands. I'm so glad this hotel was the complete opposite - wonderful! Thanks for a nice overnight stay.

    I stayed here one night on a recent visit to Connecticut based off of the good reviews. What a disappointment. When I first got to the room, I was very impressed - everything was clean, the room looked recently remodeled. Lots of desk space, nice closet, spacious bathroom. Unfortunately, when they remodeled, they must have used tissue paper for the walls. I have never stayed in a hotel with thinner walls. The sound of people walking in the room above us was so loud, sounded like they were practicing for a dance competition. After trying for an hour to sleep, I went to the front desk and asked to be moved. The staff was helpful, and was able to move me to a room on the top floor, where I was finally able to get some sleep. Instead of waking up to my alarm clock, I was awoken by the people in the room next to me saying "welp, it's 6:30, time to get up." While I appreciate that they wanted to get up bright and early, I did not. But again, the walls are so thin, even someone speaking at a normal volume in the room next to yours, it sounds like they are in your room. The included breakfast was decent; I appreciate the apples being individually wrapped, and the hot food was good. Overall I was extremely disappointed in this hotel, and will not be staying here again. Don't stay here unless you are an extremely heavy sleeper, and/or sleep with earplugs.

    I am writing this review on behalf of my parents, who hosted a four-day cultural conference at this hotel during the first week of November 2025. The rooms and meeting room of this hotel were excellent, and all of the conference guests were satisfied! The location was also perfect, as it was close to both the Bradley Airport and Union Station in Hartford. The conference guests loved the complimentary breakfast as well. My parents appreciated the staff's support, help, and patience in the weeks leading up to the conference and during it as well. For anyone wanting to host an event in this area, this hotel is wonderful and the staff truly goes above and beyond to help make your event memorable!

    The absolute best hotel I stayed at the entire week I was in the East Coast and we traveled around, The employees did over the top to welcome us. They did not charge us $10 for water offered us fruit on the table. That’s there 24 hours the pool inside and open till 11 PM. My kids loved the rooms were so clean. They had a welcome note on the TV for me. The breakfast was very decent. The coffee was amazing and every time I seen an employee whether at the front desk in the kitchen or maintenance, they smiled it almost made me want to live in Connecticut and I’m from California. I hope to go back and visit again. I absolutely loved the hotel and the area. Everyone was very welcoming and I hope the manager is able to Read this message and know that they have a wonderful staff that Goes beyond the norm or anything that we encountered on the East Coast while we were traveling

    My wife and I stayed there over the weekend; it was a spontaneous trip as we only stayed there as we had reservation at Cava. And I didn't want to drive 2-3 hours home after dinner. I opted for the 1 King Mob/hr Acc Ri Shower Ste Frg Mic Ns. The room had tons of space. The set-up was unique the desk and TV are right in the middle of the room. My wife didn't care for it but I didn't think it was horrible, to divide the area. The room was clean, bathroom was clean and had space. And I liked that the fridge, microwave and sink was off to the side (near the door) not in the room next to the bed. Location looks renovated/updated, which included the hallway & lobby. And the free breakfast buffet was a plus. Not much(egss,bacon, homefries, cereal, toast, waffles, coffe & juice) but again the basics and included. The area was okay it had the requirements food, gas station and Liquor store. But as far as entertainment options was not much within 15 minutes.
