Our historic hotel is off I-95, within two miles of downtown New Haven and Yale University, Union Station, restaurants, and cultural attractions. Metro North station is less than four miles away. Waterfront parks and trails are a short walk from us. We’re proud to be a sustainable, fossil fuel-free, all electric hotel celebrating modern design.

- SKSQL Knowledge2 days ago1.0WARNING!!! This is an expensive DUMP. I paid over $400 a night for a weekend, to experience smart system crashing for hours! This meant my heat in my room was scorching and I couldn’t turn down NOR off. This also included ALL lights in the room not being able to be turned off until after 2am!! I was sweating and sleep deprived!!! I called the front desk multiple times and was told the entire hotel was experiencing the same, “it’s NOT JUST YOU”!!! Well, the next day the toilet didn’t flush so, a plumber was sent to fix within seconds BUT by then I was over IT!! I had a miserable weekend and view was of an IKEA parking lot. My advice, would be to avoid this place.

There was free rides fr residents but nobody told us that wgwn we checked in n we paid so much on ubers to commute that when we came to know it was a big disappointment. I experienced racism at some points where I saw whites being helped with luggage when they checked in n we were told that there's no help n we hv to help ourselves to get luggage to our rooms though while checking out I was helped by the gentleman at the reception. Food was excellent both breakfast n dinner but was inconsistent 9 days was quite a few days n having to choose frm the limited menu I experienced inconsistency which I reported n it was taken care of but happened quite a few times. View was excellent Rooms were spik n span n spacious A little warmth from staff wd mk it a great place to add to someone's American experience
- AAAnnaNov 15, 20255.0Location: it's near the off ramp. There's a covered parking lot, the room is good - with a bit of hi-tech features, very clean and service (maintenance) when needed was quick! Ikea is your neighbor, near the Post Office, gasoline station and some small chain restaurants. I recommend this hotel.

He even upgraded us to a beautiful room, and we were genuinely surprised by how nice it is. The design, comfort, and hospitality here are all top-notch.X
- BDBernhard DällenbachNov 3, 20254.0Um mit einem Auto anzureisen sehr optimal. Zu Fuss in die Innenstadt weniger optimal, sind rund 25 Minuten 1 Weg. Älteres Hotel, leider Teppich in den Zimmern und eine modernere Steuerung über ein Tablet an der Wand das leider nicht immer so funktionert hatte wie icb wollte. Super de Fitness raum, gute Frühstückakarte, sonst ist das eigene Restaurant auch sehr gut. Ein sehr grosses Plus, sie haben ein kostenlosen Shuttlebus im Imkreis von 5 Meilen für die Hotekgäste. Konnte mein Mietwagen abgeben und de Chauffeur bracht mich dann in die Innenstadt oder am Tag der Abreise zum Bahnhof.
