I travel for work domestically and international. This little gem was among the very top places I have stayed by far ! Rooms are a nice size , clean and very comfortable.
Staff - TOP NOTCH and super friendly ❤️
The breakfast area with coffee and tea 24/7 was like having a family den to hang out in.
Gino’s - easy 3 minute walk for lunch and dinner was another win.
Hotel is just a block off interstate so very easy access but super quiet surroundings.
5 stars !!!

Don’t fall into the trap of staying here. This is NOT the Hilton experience you are expecting. Hilton acquired an old crappy motel, painted some bright colors on it and called it Hilton.
There is not a proper entrance or drop off point. There is not a proper lobby. There were no luggage racks. We were not given our room number or told where the elevator or breakfast were. We went up a filthy stairwell to find our room.
Our room was simply disgusting. There were holes in the wall, stale stuffy air, old pilly bedding, cracks in the bathroom tiles, dents in the doors and walls, and you can hear every breath of your surrounding neighbors. We were able to crack our window open a tiny bit and blast the ac to move the air around.
The bed was big. It appeared to be clean, but soooo rundown it’s hard to say. Probably should’ve checked for bed bugs. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. There’s no proper closet. The towels were comparable to paper towels. The provided shampoo soap conditioner etc. were awful.
The hallways were dark, rooms close together.
Breakfast was nice- bagels and cereal with a smiling employee. That room was bright and updated but the guest rooms were not.
Do not fall into this trap! Great tourist town, great location, horrific hotel. We actually stayed for free with my Hilton points and I’m still disappointed. What a waste of points!
You’ve been warned!
Edit: reached out to the general manager who apologized and thanked me for reaching out. (Not satisfied with her canned answer)

This was my first stay in a Spark by Hilton. If all of them are like this one I hope it will be my only stay in a Spark. It is an old motel masquerading as a Hilton. The staff was plentiful, friendly and by themselves, excellent. The rooms were small, tight and has those heating/cooling systems that you can never get right. The rooms do have a refrigerator, but no microwave. It does have plenty of room for your dog if they come with you. If I am ever back in the area, I will spend a little more for the Hampton or the Hilton. Same area, but has to be better, I hope.

I checked in and received a very functional welcome, no enthusiasm. Keys presented without a sleeve (luckily I took a note of my room number). Two queen bed room was very basic. Linens all showed signs of wear and some mold / mildew in the tiny bathroom. Coffee situation is poor. I set a low standard for hotel coffee and this didn’t even reach it. If all you need is a place to rest your head, this may serve your purpose, otherwise choose somewhere different. 3 stars only for the location.

Oh Hilton, what have you done? As a diamond member, I have stayed in a lot of your hotels. This one doesn’t do the brand any favors. Does the phrase “putting lipstick on a pig” paint a picture for you?
This was obviously some old no-tell-motel that Hilton bought, invested in buckets of paint- which, by the way, still permeated the room- and threw the Spark sign on the front.
The name should be Stark, not spark.
On the plus side there were lots of outlets, something most hotels haven’t gotten around to updating.
The furniture was reminiscent of a college dorm and the office chair was replaced by an ottoman. Seriously?
The bathroom was the very reason they coined the term ‘water closet’.
Lastly they informed all the guests that they would be testing the fire alarms at 8 am and would be entering each room to check the fire equipment. Doing the tests at 10 am, after most of the guests had left would have made too much sense I guess.
Clearly Spark is not for me. Maybe Hilton is no longer for me, either.
