Incredibly frustrating, management is unhelpful.Upon arrival, the lights in the room didn’t work. I called the front desk who told me I had to go to the breaker box and fix the switches. Fine. Hours later, I’m sitting in bed, and the breaker flips again, and half the switches won’t stay “on”. I call the front desk, who say maintenance is out for the night and I have to change rooms. At midnight. On Christmas. By myself. With a dog. I change rooms…. Half the light switches in THAT room don’t work either. Paris Hilton herself should be notified of the horrible service and terrible quality of the electric panels here (or there’s a super spooky ghost). ALSO: the decor is awful (I’m currently writing this review in the dark looking at the most unsettling “photographs” on the walls)

This is a place you either love or hate. I'm in the love category. First of all, it's a solid price. I travel to this region of Connecticuit a lot and this is a great hotel to start with. The free breakfast while not always the best are good. It's a great room and while not the most spacious, it packs a punch. It's right across from a mall where I always go to buy retro games, so that's a plus also. Great hotel, no doubt.

Worst stay ever i will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Booked a 3 day 2 night stay, ended up leaving with a 2 day 1 night. Starting from rude reception, i was not allowed to check in until late, the lady at the fron desk was very unprofessional, then she went and gave a room right above the reception and started laughing about it. The next day im in the pool at round 5pm and they sent the maintenance guy to start doing the chemical run on the pool, no warning given, he went in did what he had to do and didnt even bother to tell me to get out or nothing it wasn't until i felt the spike in chlorine that i realized he was doing maintenance. The pool maintenance was not due until 8PM, both my children got sick and our eyes were burning for hours. Reception did not care what so ever i would even say they did that on purpose as me and my kids were the only ones left in the pool.

Hotel was smooth the room was also nice only issue was with the AC the circulation could be much better. Debrah at the front desk seems like she hates her job and she is very rude and stuck up . Otherwise I would recommend and come back to this hotel
