It was a wonderful experience from the valet service, check-in with Sarah, to having one of the best waitresses, Martha. She was cheerful, knowledgeable about the menu, and so made our dining experience feel very personal. Our room had a beautiful view of Long Island, was extremely clean (we’re neat freaks!), and had a lovely fireplace and balcony. I would highly recommend for those who live near or far!

The sauce was nothing short of spectacular: rich, perfectly balanced, and crafted with a level of finesse you rarely find. I was so impressed that I asked to speak with the chef — and to my surprise, he graciously came out to the dining room. Not only was he warm and personable, but he even shared his recipe and the inspiration behind it. That kind of passion and hospitality is rare, and it elevated the whole evening. I also have to call out Mike, the bartender, who was outstanding from start to finish. His cocktail craftsmanship and wine recommendations were spot on, and his friendly, attentive service added an extra layer of warmth to the night. Between the incredible food, the personal touches from the team, and the beautiful setting of the Madison Beach Hotel, this was a dining experience I’ll remember for a long time. Highly recommend — truly five stars.
- JLJ LNov 16, 20252.0I pre-paid for a bed and breakfast through AAA Northeast. When we had the breakfast, the waiter said we had to pay again for the breakfast because their computer system wasn't connected. I asked for reimbursement at check-out, they said no problem, but it's 5 days later and the $73.19 breakfast refund has never come. By the way, the AAA Northeast site gave about a $100 upcharge for the breakfast so essentially I paid $173.19 for pancakes and scrambled eggs (See photo attached of $173.19 breakfast.) Furthermore, AAA site charged about $100 over the market rate for the room so I paid about $500 for the night including the double-billed breakfast. Hotel real-estate was lovely but disappointed in the lack of ethics, honesty and professionalism. I called immediately and left a message for the hotel manager, no one returned my call. I have called the front desk twice and they have not fixed it so I resort to Google for help. I reported the false advertising to AAA Northeast. I usually avoid Hilton because of this type of thing, but I thought I would give them a second chance....
