Room was nice and large, perfect for up to 3 people, nice workstation with plenty of outlets and large TV. Room had everything I needed. Was surprised it had a tub instead of a nice walk in shower, but the full kitchen makes up for it As for service disappointed. 4 staff people this morning fixated on their phones, no engagement, or good morning, and 2 of them looked up just to talk Spanish to another coworker who was on their phone. Didn’t expect that at all Homewood Suite where they usually are very positive. At 8am you’d think there could be a few things for them to do and engage guests. I say good morning to everyone when we make eye contact, but no eye contact from these 4 .
