    Nick, at the front desk, was awesome and went above and beyond to accommodate my necessary changes and assisted me in other ways to fulfill all of my needs. It was great to see an employee who cared and provided customer service with a smile which seems to be a rarity nowadays in this country.

    This was a trip south for the winter with our dog. I want a dog friendly hotel with an onsite restaurant close to the highway. This fit the bill and had good reviews. When we arrived the restaurant area was quite crowded. I think they had a group. Nice to see that it was popular. The room was a little dated but very clean and more than what we needed. My husband brought up dinner. He had a burger and I the chicken Cobb salad. Both very good. It was also in a good neighborhood with many restaurants and shops within walking distance which is so nice when you book online and arrive in the dark. Will definitely stay here again.

    I would absolutely avoid booking here at all costs. I’ve never experienced service as horrendous as this, especially for the price I’m paying. I booked this place because I wanted to finally treat myself but I would’ve had better service at the motel down the street. To make a painfully long story short, book this place if you want no internet connection in your room, to have to talk to THEIR tech people for over an hour on the phone - going in circles and resolving nothing (hope you didn’t have dinner plans or a wedding reception to go to!), a room that clearly hasn’t been cleaned because why are someone’s keys literally at the foot of my bed upon entering?, and having to recount your hour long tech conversation with multiple staff hours later because I guess no one communicates about guest issues and the problem still isn’t resolved? At least Hazel the manager said she would “email someone” because “there’s nothing else they can do” for me! Really makes a guest feel cherished to hear that. Definitely come here if you want to have the absolute worse vacation for yourself.
