Rooms have great space, but everything is really old and it really need some maintenance. Last week, I struggled a lot with the bathtub, reported it like 5 times and nothing changed, from my perspective, thet didn't even try to fix it. Front desk was really kind, but a couple of them couldn't help me getting consumibles such as dishsoap or lotion. I also requested a frying pan and a pot from the very fist night I realized I didn't had any kitchenware (which is mainly the only I try to always stay in Homewood chains so I can cook my meals) and they didn't get me those, I stayed a total of 3 weeks (plenty of time for they to get me those for sure). Housekeeping is not great either. Found my clean clothes laying in the dirty carpet after they did a service on my room. Not pleasant at all. I would really like to see they take care of the property, until then, I'm not coming back.

The young lady who assisted us with our late check-in at 3:00 AM on Saturday did a fantastic job, and I commend her for taking the time to get everything just right, especially since she was likely in training. Her manager was also very helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, extending our check-out time as a gesture of goodwill. If I had gotten their names, I would definitely mention them in this review! Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant.

- JLJake L'amoreauxSep 3, 20253.0I mean the room space wasn't bad. I was very happy to see a whole kitchen available to me and a closed off bedroom. However the rooms could really use a little TLC. Two of the lights would just randomly flicker, the shower head was absolutely grimey and part of it was falling off the wall, and the blankets were so small and thin for a king sized bed which was also very uncomfortable. The place has a real charm if they would just take care of it. My husband also saw ants around the breakfast area, but not in the food that he could find.
