Cons: Arguably the least comfortable bed I've come across & quite squeaky. Smell is odd in the room but you get used to it. Hot water takes 10 thousand years to heat up. But it works. Staff are ok

- CHCrystal HDec 14, 20255.0I wanted to write this review for the staff they were AMAZING! The woman who checked us in yesterday afternoon is perfect for the front desk her energy is a whole vibe! The morning staff specifically the breakfast crew go above and beyond and are so helpful and friendly they made everything so easy and I wish I thought ahead to grab their names but either way they deserve the recognition! We booked a room for our daughter’s birthday weekend because she really wanted to go swimming and we really had a good time! The room itself was super clean (I’m the mom who goes in first just to disinfect everything) so that made setting up the room for her arrival so easy. I had little spa baskets set up for them, they went swimming, we had some food delivered and took a little walk in the snow when it started and then watched scary movies until we all finally fell asleep. Thank you all for the great stay!
