- JUJeff UklejaNov 11, 20251.0Employee's Out of Control - Cultural Issue at This Hotel November 2025 Stay away from this hotel at all costs! The employees are liars and thieves. My daughter booked a block of rooms for guests at her wedding. She made up special "Thank You" bags for all of her guests. When my wife and I checked in on Saturday afternoon we were told there were no bags left. The following day, we were given 2 plastic buckets with over 25 bags remaining. Inside were bags that had the contents taken. After discussing this issue with Dan, Kim and Angela (Hilton Management team onsite), they all dismissed it with an "Oh I'm so sorry to hear that" and tried to blame it on my daughter for not giving specific enough instructions. Clearly Hilton is OK with Unacceptable practices going on at their hotel. As a Hilton Honors member for over 25 years, this will be the last time I will stay at one of their chain hotels. I have also spread the word to family and friends to do the same. I just can't believe the response I got, as they said this is the first time they have ever heard of such a thing happening at their hotel - please???

The reservation desk had very courteous and friendly staff; as a matter of fact, we stayed there enroute to Maine and then, again, upon our return home. The desk clerks, Jasmine and Dana, were very accommodating and welcoming. They made us feel at home! Plus, pets are welcome! Definitely a perk. Make plans to stay here, you will be very happy that you did!
