When we got there young lady working the counter was very understanding. We had to move the three different rooms because the carpet in the rooms were nasty. The second room the couch was spotted with whatever. . Then when we try to get everything done right the young man that worked the midnight shift was very nasty and disrespectful. I will never return back to that I am very surprised at Hiatt.

Was in town for a gig. Needed a room, didn’t have reservation, hotel was practically empty. Front desk took advantage and charged $309.00 at check in. Did not notice until AM.
They said “oh well”
Called corporate. Corporate said hotel would refund amount to the $160 rate they advertised and then got this lie.
Sad that a hotel who was virtually empty overcharged because they need to rob customers.
All the celebrity clients will no longer be using any hiltons due to the fact they take advantage of overcharging and then give attitude and refuse to reduce rate to what’s ADVERTISED after corporate tells GM to refund.
Bad business that’s how HILTON operates
