The second room the couch was spotted with whatever. . Then when we try to get everything done right the young man that worked the midnight shift was very nasty and disrespectful. I will never return back to that I am very surprised at Hiatt.

Did not notice until AM. They said “oh well” Called corporate. Corporate said hotel would refund amount to the $160 rate they advertised and then got this lie. Sad that a hotel who was virtually empty overcharged because they need to rob customers. All the celebrity clients will no longer be using any hiltons due to the fact they take advantage of overcharging and then give attitude and refuse to reduce rate to what’s ADVERTISED after corporate tells GM to refund. Bad business that’s how HILTON operates
