Events team leaves much to be desired due to a lack of detail management and misinformation across team members that costed me both money and significant time. Hotel block is great but banquet events are a pass- we had our wedding after party here which was a very simple event and yet not handled with accuracy or care. It was an easy turnkey event that still was not fully set up and ready for me and my guests nor was the bar set up and prepared to serve guests. Be warned that a “cash bar” for them means actual cash (paper) and not credit cards and so I had to quickly pick up the large tab to keep the party energy and experience in tact so my guests could actually get drinks. Kindness was not lacking just accuracy, competency and consistency.
