Sergio was the best bartender I’ve seen in a long time! The hotel was great but Sergio at Pivot 62 was the cherry on top.

Solid hotel all around. Clean rooms, good quality throughout, and very friendly, helpful staff. Gym and jacuzzi are in great shape and perfect after skiing. Lobby and common areas are cozy and well maintained. The ski room is super convenient. Heated boot storage makes a real difference—gear is always dry and warm, which makes mornings easy and comfortable. Shuttle runs every ~15 minutes and is way better than dealing with driving and parking around Vail. Fast, reliable, no stress. Very satisfied with the stay. Will definitely come back next season.

Location was in a perfect area! As a gold member you are given complimentary waters at every Hilton and they would not give it without an issue every time. Also, I saw it advertised it had complementary breakfast like all double trees do but this one does not fyi. The water pressure is also a bit of an issue as the sink kept exploding on us but we are in very high altitude. Overall it was an ok stay and does have great amenities for skiing.

The front desk experience was disappointing to say the least. The staff member was not warm and lacked basic communication skills - at one point, he walked away while helping us to assist other people and never came back. It felt incredibly disrespectful. The rooms are also a bit tired and could use a refresh. Management needs to address the attitude of the front desk team immediately.

I want to start off by saying I would have gave 5 stars. Unfortunately I had to interact with Ryan at the front dest. Another down fall was not having running water in the morning, but I do understand things happen. I will say Sergio at the bar was fantastic. He was on top of things and was a delight to interact with. The same for who checked me in. Unfortunately I don't remember his name but he had a australian accent. The rooms are very welcoming and comfortable. They could use a little love but nothing major to complain about. The heated pool and hot tub are a amazing retreat after a long day in the snow. For the area you can't beat the price with a free buss and parking.
