- EGElliot Gonzalez4 days ago5.0I checked in around 8-9pm. The young lady Cherish helped my family and me check in. The system shutdown during check-in, but Cherish stayed positive, and recommended if we’d like to get our luggage while the system reboots. I thought that was a great idea, so we did. We came back, the system was still down, so Cherish escorted my family to our room so we didn’t have to wait. She got us extra towels, and a roll-away bed with bed covers and all. Cherish is the model of excellent customer service as she went above and beyond. We felt very welcomed here in Colorado! Hilton, please express my families gratitude and thanks to Cherish! Thank you again!

The hotel advertises hours that reflect specific hours of operations and DOES NOT provide information related to hours of operation as does the hotel itself. January 2 I called down to get evening meal and was told by restaurant staff there is no restaurant service from 8pm to 10pm, AS ADVERTISED on the hotel directory, during the winter, only summer. FAILURE from go. No communication from the hotel whatsoever. VERY poor management at this location. Hilton should be ASHAMED!!! Won’t be staying here again.
