  While it is a nice new facility, they need to get their act together. Upon arrival, they couldnt charge the card on file, & needed to run my card -sure whatever. The night clerk said she’d make sure to take care of it by notating for the morning people to take care of putting the charge on the card on file for me. Upon checkout, they said I needed to come back hours later for the charge reversal, mind you I’m on a road trip & can’t wait hours & said that the manager is in a meeting. Turns out they charged us TWICE. Once on my card & once on the person who made the reservation. Manager came out, & on top of that, she wasn’t even able to give me proof of the charge reversal cause she said the charge was a “hold on their end” but actually money very much so got taken out of my account on MY end. There was also no apology or extension of a means to make amends for it all, just basically was like that’s that & walked off not saying bye or anything. Very rude. As Hilton reward members, this is unprofessional, infuriating, & consuming time supposed to be spent on the road to get to the next destination. Hilton needs to allow for checkins to use the credit card on file so these kind of situations can be avoided at all costs.

  We stayed in room 409. Everything was as pictured, very clean, and the daily breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel! They even changed the breakfast menu every day for the duration of our stay. The only thing I didn’t love was that it seemed unnecessarily difficult to set up our Fire stick with the TV/wifi. We got it figured out eventually though. 10/10 overall, would definitely recommend!

  If you are a light sleeper, do NOT stay here. No matter what setting you use (auto, low or high), the HVAC unit is a constant on and off rumble noise every 40 seconds all night long. Know that there is a very limited number of TV channels. Otherwise, it’s a very nice place to stay. Kasia in the breakfast area does an excellent job and the food is very good!

  Had a wonderful stay until our last night. A mixup happened and the front desk worker checked someone in at midnight, in the room we were still staying in. Someone walked in, and literally scared us. Had to be up at 4am for a flight. Not sure how this happens.

  I recently stayed at this Homewood Suites for an extended time and it has truly been a fantastic experience. I've been on a long road trip, and as a Hilton Diamond member, I've stayed at many Hilton properties in the region lately, and I have to say—this location absolutely stood out as being clean, exceptionally well-run, and just a lovely place to be. The staff here is phenomenal. From check-in to check-out, everyone is so incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. They genuinely make an effort, which makes the whole hotel feel welcoming and homelike. I especially love the amenities. It’s been great to be able to cook in the room kitchenette, and I really appreciated the small details like providing soap—it's those thoughtful touches that make a difference. The gym is always spotless, and having access to the outdoor grills is a fantastic option for dinner. Finally, I have to praise the breakfast. It's quite good compared to other Hilton properties, but what really elevated the experience for me was the commitment to using real porcelain plates and actual silverware. I was genuinely shocked by how many other hotels on my trip used disposable plates and plastic cutlery, which immediately cheapened the breakfast experience. It’s so much more pleasant (and feels so much more like a real meal) to eat off of proper dinnerware, and I'm very happy to see this sustainability effort here. Thank you to the entire team for making my extended stay feel less like a hotel and more like a true home away from home. I highly recommend this Homewood Suites! P.S. Special shoutout to Diana at the front desk and Kasha at breakfast for making the stay extra special. They helped me so many times with little things, as well as many others who I did not catch the names of.
