  We are going through a remodel and we are local to the area, so we had our choice of places to stay including semi extended Stay hotels. We stayed for eleven nights total and I have some notes from our stay: Staff is friendly and helpful! Hotel & grounds are kept very clean and organized! The housekeeping, staff and manager were very attentive and texted me daily to see if we needed anything This is a very quiet place. We knew there were other people in the hotel, but we didn’t hear any of them, and I rarely saw another guest. There are tons of amenities for long-term stay or short-term to guess to enjoy such as a very nice clean pool and an outdoor barbecue area which I saw people take advantage of. We also used on-site laundry which is nothing special but gets the job done. This property overall is run extremely well by the employees/management and I hope the corporate folks take good care of them. This hotel was a very good experience because of those people I will also say the pricing was good for everything they offer.

  Very comfortable rooms! The front desk agent helped us out a lot by getting a room we needed. She was extremely helpful and friendly, the type you rarely run into anymore. Even tipped her because her service was so good. The beds for comfortable, spacious rooms , in the decent breakfast. They even had a social experience going on one night while we were there. That was interesting and fun to go to as well. I would definitely recommend this place if you're ever staying in Thornton.

  Awesome hotel. Complementary breakfast, courtesy clothes washer and dryer. Workout center, ice makers on every floor that aren't gross. Equivalent to much more expensive hotels. Actually, one complaint...... I wish the beverages included Pepsi

  While it is a nice new facility, they need to get their act together. Upon arrival, they couldnt charge the card on file, & needed to run my card -sure whatever. The night clerk said she’d make sure to take care of it by notating for the morning people to take care of putting the charge on the card on file for me. Upon checkout, they said I needed to come back hours later for the charge reversal, mind you I’m on a road trip & can’t wait hours & said that the manager is in a meeting. Turns out they charged us TWICE. Once on my card & once on the person who made the reservation. Manager came out, & on top of that, she wasn’t even able to give me proof of the charge reversal cause she said the charge was a “hold on their end” but actually money very much so got taken out of my account on MY end. There was also no apology or extension of a means to make amends for it all, just basically was like that’s that & walked off not saying bye or anything. Very rude. As Hilton reward members, this is unprofessional, infuriating, & consuming time supposed to be spent on the road to get to the next destination. Hilton needs to allow for checkins to use the credit card on file so these kind of situations can be avoided at all costs.
