The overall impression was far from the quality and standard I expect from the Hilton brand. The attached photo, taken in the bathroom vanity area, clearly illustrates the issues: Subpar Wall Finishing: The textured wall covering appears cheap, and more concerning is the rough, uneven, and poorly finished patch/transition in the corner. This type of sloppy workmanship is completely unacceptable for a globally recognized, premium hotel brand like Hilton. Aesthetic Mismatch: The overall look of this corner, om the rough corner patch to the basic spotlighting, contributes to a feeling of a budget motel, not a premium accommodation. A Hilton property should exude quality, durability, and careful maintenance. When visible areas of the room or common spaces show this level of poor execution and finishing, it raises serious questions about the hotel's management of its physical assets. This is simply not the expected quality and needs immediate attention and rectification to live up to the brand's reputation. I strongly urge the management to review and address the quality of materials and workmanship throughout the hotel.
