My sister took me there for two nights for my birthday. My comforter reeked of very bad body odor (absolutely unacceptable), tried to use the phone but did not work, we had to call the front desk on our cell phone. I was livid! The hot tub was out of order. The toilet paper holder was loose, so we had to keep fixing it! The chair had holes it in. The second morning the main breakfast was biscuits and gravy ( no eggs) we asked for eggs and they said that's it! It was just shotty. I will never stay there again!

Okay, I am blown away, and at my age, I have been there done that, so not an easy ting to do. was it a spectacular palace ? No, but it was nice, what sets this place apart is the staff and team, and I can see it starts with the manager. I dealt with garbage traffic and a 16 hour drive turned into almost 24, I was beat when I rolled in at 10am saturday, way to early for check in. Shari directed me to a place to get breakfast and had a room ready when I got back, just fantastic. Where I live they would just say comeback later, she got me into a bed and sleeping after being on the road all night. When i left at 3am on the 10th, Aaron had just brought fresh coffee out, hadnt set it up, but got me hooked up to get some for the road, then ran in back to get me a breakfast snack travel bag to make sure I ate something. The General Manager, just, nice great guy, another Gentelman, had an accent I cant place, just greets you warmly, and makes sure you have everything you need.....................I am telling you, the staff is worth the stay all on their own. But wait, there is more...........the breakfast rocks, oatmeal, waffles, cereal, yogurts, omlette, sausage you name it. I dont know if this is the least expensive, most expensive or what, but would stay here just for the staff. Guys, I spent a week with you, you were awesome

Great location if you’re trying to stay out of the Denver traffic. We had a trade show at the Arapahoe fairgrounds and it was close and convenient. Wish they had a patio or bar or even lounge area to hangout outside of their rooms. Dog friendly and room didn’t feel cramped. Comfortable bed and hot showers…they are getting ready for a remodel and sounds like a patio on the 4th floor is in the works

Exceptional! Best value for the money. Terrific location. Well equipped room with nice amenities. Very clean, well maintained rooms and property. Best of all is the service! Huge shout out to Jason, who went above and beyond to accommodate my check in and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. He was patient and understanding even though I had totally botched the reservation by not noticing the date. Thankfully they had a room. It was very late and I was exhausted. He went out of his way with pleasure to make sure I got checked in and got to rest comfortably and worry free! He is outstanding. An exemplary Hospitality All-Star. I'll be back!
