I had an excellent stay at Hampton Inn, and I want to recognize the outstanding service provided by the staff—especially Padma and Jason.
From the moment I arrived, the level of professionalism, warmth, and genuine care stood out. Padma was incredibly attentive, kind, and welcoming. She made sure everything I needed was taken care of and did so with a positive attitude that truly made me feel valued as a guest.
Jason also deserves special recognition for his leadership and customer-focused approach. It’s clear that he takes pride in running a smooth operation and supporting both guests and staff. The environment he helps create is calm, efficient, and welcoming.
The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but it’s the people that made this stay exceptional. Experiences like this are why I remain loyal to the Hampton brand.
Highly recommend this location to anyone staying in the Parker area. I’ll definitely be back!

For the price we paid for the room and what we received I am quite satisfied. However, if your looking for something more put together it would be better to look for an alternative solution. The hard surface in the entry had some kind of residue and did not appear to have been cleaned. The bathroom door was a sliding barn style door, which was fine but was missing the door handle so there was a big hole in the door that anyone else in the room could have seen through. Since it was near the main entry door if the outside door was open people in the hall could possibly see you inside as well. The drawers on the entertainment center had posts but were missing handles, and the curtain pull cords were broken and couldnt be lowered or raised.
The staff was amazing. Helpful, friendly and were able to assist me with sone of the personal items I had forgotten for my stay. The morning breakfast they offered was very nice with a wide variety of options for anyone with a special dietary restrictions. I feel I got a good value for what I paid overall but the few items that were not working in the room makes it so I can't give 5 stars.

This is my second time staying here because the first time was so wonderful. I am local. The staff are amazing and rooms are very well kept. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family, or anyone that is looking for a comfortable, welcoming place for the evening. So many amenities and close to everything. It's so comfortable, I stay just to stay!

Stayed here for 6 days during Christmas time! We had complimentary breakfast every morning of our stay and it was always fresh with multiple different choices everyday! ALL of the staff was so kind and friendly! Maintenance, the ladies with housekeeping and breakfast, and every single front desk staff was super nice!!! Special shout out to Alex for making our stay exceptional! Highly recommended staying here!

Alex is the best! He checked us in and was incredibly friendly and welcoming! Throughout our stay, he consistently greeted us and made us feel valued, which truly enhanced our experience!
