This hotel was great for the price and the location. The hallways looked a little outdated and even a bit spooky, but honestly the value made up for it. The location in Colorado Springs was perfect, and they even offered breakfast every morning. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great hotel if you’re in the area. I would say the rooms are super small for the price so be aware of that if you’re traveling with a group or family.

This hotel was so far below the average hotel standard. My husband and I stayed there for 3 nights and we were left disappointed in the room, average service, and hotel environment itself. When I checked in, as soon as I came through the door there was the most nauseating and overpowering air freshener smell. The staff were fine, not bad not great. The room we were given was very small. My husband and I don’t need much space but it was tight for even two people. One of the beds was so slanted that I would have rolled off onto the ground if I had slept in it. The shower left water all over the floor, water pressure was aggressive, and the shampoo/conditioner/ body wash all smelled at bad as the lobby. Breakfast was just sad. We went down in the middle of the continental breakfast. The eggs were way way over cooked and the waffle/pancake machine was broken. House keeping never came with new towels, which we needed to mop up all of the water from the shower. Overall, would not recommend or stay here again! I would expect this place to be $50-60 a night, not $90 per night.

*** Update: "Provide more details" about my dirty room? It very deservedly receives a negative review. ~ Why not address this with housekeeping? ~ How many other guests refrain from sharing? At least I provided a picture, which "is worth a thousand words." I was not going to post a review but received several emails asking for my opinion. I deleted the emails but kept getting more. Disappointed, this hotel does not seem like the ‘gold’ standard of Hilton. Even though the flooring is not carpeted, the floor was filthy. To me, that takes the cake. It was some sort of vinyl, made to look like wood planks. Please see the picture below. The area scrubbed was about two feet square, right in front of the bed. This is the best representation of the cleanliness of rest of the room. The bathroom floor was just as bad. I thought for sure vinyl would be easier to keep clean and would definitely get swept and mopped after every guest. Guess not. From what I scrubbed, that floor had not been cleaned after many, many guests. Sure, staff were friendly, but they have no idea how dirty the rooms are until they hear it from a guest. The furniture looks like a knock off from a *huge box store. The table was not large enough even to enjoy a meal. Only one chair. The bathroom is lovely from the first appearance. The gorgeous glass front shower leaks horribly. For some silly reason, I feel bad for housekeeping. The least they do is stock the rooms with more towels to clean up after yourself. Tsk, tsk, tsk. The breakfast was fairly average. The waffle station was closed. Not needing assistance from anyone, I rated that neutrally. This hotel was simply close to the intended business. Next time I will stay elsewhere.

Pathetic place and even rude was the general manager. My wife was ill and made the checkout just 30 mins late and they charged for that , despite of this she was such a rude person to talk to especially with their hilton honours members. Not recommended place at all , please beware of this place, they at first play nice with you and then charge you without notifying you too. Will also be suing the general manager for incorrectly mentioning the checkout time to be 2:45 on the folio instead of the right time. In the hotel industry the basic understanding is that if you have a guest and that too hilton honors member , it is always recommended for minute adjustments wherever required, in addition to this, if you charge on your customer’s card you have the basic etiquette of informing the customer. Nothing was informed here and plus the lady on the phone was rude and adamant about it. The basic humanitarian behaviour could have been just to talk to my wife and inform her that they are charging us , and that was not followed upon. Also, falsifying information on the invoice is totally illegal , checkout time mentioned is 2:45 pm, this is what shows the wrong intention of the hotel staff. Hence, wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone, if you do stay , please beware of the hotel staff and general manager.
