Great place to come. Cecelia was amazing at helping us with anything we needed. Pool was clean and relaxing. Beds were clean and comfortable. Close to the mall and Doctors appointments. Easy to get to from I25. We will be staying here moving forward anytime we come to Denver.

The front desk lady went above and beyond for us. One of the best front desk staff I have ever encountered. The hotel location is nice and the lobby is very impressive with couple of fuss-ball tables, coffee machine at the lobby. We ended up not staying in the hotel as we needed microwave in the room but our impression was very good with hotel and front desk staff. I will definitely recommend this hotel (if you don’t have need of microwave in the room). The front desk lady helped us going above and beyond to cancel the booking without any penalty when we made reservations with another Hilton property. She was very courteous and helpful. We will come back to this property some time later when we don’t have need of microwave.

Conveniently located near to my Daughter's home. Shopping, and I25. Clean rooms only issue was the shower door that would not stay closed, so we had flooding. Because of the holiday, maintenance was not available to remedy the situation.
Otherwise, our rooms were decent and the amenities were good!

Avoid working with Kimberly, the manager. I made and canceled a reservation online on the same day a week before our stay as I was trying to find a Hilton brand hotel near an appointment my elderly parents needed to attend. Not from Denver it took a few hours to find the right location. After the date (12/17/25), even after the cancellation which occurred a week prior, the hotel still charged me. I called Hilton, which had super friendly support but said only the manager could help and refund the cost of the two rooms. I called Kimberly and she was completely apathetic and could care less about the circumstances of the cancellation (the same day cancellation through the app). Somehow making an extra couple hundred bucks was more important. I’ll never stay with this hotel and am likely switching to a different loyalty program if Hilton supports this type of management.

Extremely disappointed with this property. We drove nearly 7 hours to get to Denver, and when we arrived, the front desk refused to accept my debit card or cash, even though their Expedia listing clearly states those payment methods are accepted. I even attempted a contactless check‑in to avoid the issue, but the front desk agent took it upon herself to cancel my reservation without my consent.
My family and I ended up sitting in the parking lot for almost two hours trying to sort out the mess and find another hotel late at night. We eventually had to book a room at a Marriott down the street, which cost more and did not include breakfast, something we specifically wanted for our family.
This experience was stressful, misleading, and completely avoidable if the hotel honored the information they advertise. I would not recommend this location to anyone who expects accurate policies or basic customer service.
