    The room had some shoe marks on the wall? And one of the outlets looked a little rough around the edges. But the service was great and staff helpful. The gym didn't have an operational water fountain or disinfectant spray for the equipment.

    Hotel is ok, but staff were unnecessarily unfriendly at the front desk and the air conditioner in the room sounded like a helicopter. The location is amazing. Please retrain your staff on customer service and make sure everything in the room is maintained and kept up to date.

    Management has really failed the staff and the hotel from what I can tell. Seems like there’s only 1 manager running the whole place. Front desk staff is fantastic, though I can’t tell who’s actually front desk staff or housekeeping running front desk. They told me a manager would be in from 9-5 but the multiple occasions when I needed to speak to management during those times, I was told they left for the day and it hadn’t even been 3. House keeping seems to cut corners when it comes to cleaning and things are done half way but they’re not finishing the job. Not once did I see a manager during my stay nor did they do anything to try and make it right. Jennifer was really helpful when it came to house keeping complaints, though I do see that she wrote a review so I’m not too sure how trust worthy these reviews are. Which is why I’m writing a genuine review. The hotel is dead broke from what I can tell, things are well overdue for refreshing but it doesn’t seem like management cares enough to voice this problem to ownership. The whole place needs to be tore down and replaced, along with its admin team.
