    It was okay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean enough but the rooms aren't being maintained well. The bathroom in our room had a tile missing from the wall and the shower door didn't close properly so water spilled out. The toilet also was super hit or miss on whether or not it would flush all the way. The sheets are super cheap microfiber which was a real letdown. All in all, it felt very cheap and like it needed to be maintained a lot better.

    My stay was amazing and I have no complaints about housekeeping or the rooms or accommodations. I noticed after I was back from my trip that they incorrectly charged my card, but this was after being back home for two weeks. When I called back to clarify the issue I got charged again on a credit card that I was not supposed to be charged on even though I was already charged the full amount for my stay. I was told the person checking our family out did not know how to properly check us out with two cards on file.

    First off, the staff I interacted with was great. No problems there. On the other hand, there are a lot of other issues. First, no sun shade in the room, just the main blind/curtain over the window. The sun, especially in Colorado, is extremely intense. If left open the room got very hot and uncomfortable, so it is like staying in a cave. The dishwasher isn't even attached to the counter and tried to fall out of its spot when opening the door. The shower has no adjustable temperature, it must be turned on full hot to get warm water, otherwise if not 100% on, there isn't even a trace of warm water. The pressure is ok. The television is low definition, small, and the cable service is like something out of the 1990s. I was honestly unaware you could even still get standard definition programming. One morning I got up and went to the lobby for coffee. It was about a hour into the breakfast service. There was no coffee. This morning when I went for coffee and food, there was coffee! Yay! Unfortunately there wasn't any eggs or anything hot so there were just people standing there waiting for it. Thanks, but there's something close by that is probably better than waiting for microwaved powdered eggs or whatever else they make, I wouldn't know, they ran out and I'm not standing around for basic hotel breakfast. I stay in Hilton properties about 80 nights a year, I don't think I'll be coming back to this one.
