- GMG T MarrDec 30, 20252.0A refrigerator that does not fit the cabinet it is in and missing a foot, making it wobbly, is annoying but not the end of the world. A bathroom with all light controls outside of the room itself is odd but, again, not a huge deal. But, add those to a bathtub that won't drain; either ignored during the last cleaning or the tub was not cleaned at all. Add to that needing to keep shoes on your entire stay to avoid feeling the dirt in the carpet. Add that to both elevators making more erratic movements and sounds than most would be comfortable with; making 5 floors of stairs a more appealing option. Not only will I be avoiding this place from here forward, I will be removing it from my work site's Visitors Guide for co-workers coming in from out of town. By the way, watch where you park in the lot since they are alright with removing mounted signs (not the rebar) and they feel no need to even mark the hazard.

I had clients I was supposed to meet in the mountains, but unfortunately, due to a pretty severe windstorm, they were out of power and running water. I was able to reserve a meeting room very short notice and have my clients come to the hotel. Daniel and Madeline were not only helpful, but they genuinely cared about me and my business clients. Because of them, my clients and I had a wonderful meeting. Because of them, I will be returning to this hotel for all my visits in the area! Thank you!

Because it's in a very convenient location but still off the beaten path and there is a lot of dinning and shopping very close by. As well as outdoor activities. The staff is very accommodating and polite, and they have a killer breakfast! Not the crappy Continental bagel/waffle you get everywhere else... just saying!
- EEEHNov 25, 20255.0Above and beyond service! We came into town last week for the birth of our first granddaughter. Upon arrival, we were able to check in early and the lady at the front desk(I cannot remember her name) was amazing, she made sure we had a nice quiet room. The hotel is clean and in a great location close to the Littleton hospital/shops and restaurants. Because a storm system was moving into the mountain corridor, we had to check out earlier than planned and upon our checkout, the lady at the front desk gave us both a gift back filled with water and snacks and wished us a safe drive back home. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.Thank you so much!!
