We stayed two nights in our first room, and both nights I struggled to breathe — I went to sleep with a stuffy nose and woke up extremely congested. Eventually, I discovered the source of the odor: a used condom tucked underneath the bed, clearly missed during cleaning. I found it on our first night and requested housekeeping, but even after they cleaned the next day, it was still there. I honestly can’t believe we stayed a second night in that room.
Thankfully, the staff switched us to a new room the following day, and the difference was immediate. It was clean, smelled fresh, and made the rest of our stay much more comfortable. The front desk team was kind and accommodating, and once we were moved, we had no further issues.
I also really appreciated how easy parking was. The side entrance by the elevator made coming and going extremely convenient. Their free breakfast was a nice bonus too — nothing like grabbing a bagel before heading out to explore. We stayed at this hotel specifically because it’s close to Red Rocks Amphitheatre, and the drive there was quick and easy.
Overall, despite a rough start, the rest of our stay was pleasant, and I would consider returning based on the service and how well the staff handled the room change.

The hotel itself is clean and has almost everything you need. There is a decent restaurant right next door and quick access to several main thoroughfares. I was somewhat disappointed with the lighting and for some reason they didn't come clean our room, even though we were here for 2 days. Any beverages I put in the refrigerator froze and/or busted. However, the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly, particularly the breakfast / cleaning staff.
