The location was perfect, it was walking distance to one of the best places to eat No-No's Cafe, the hot tub and pool clean and private as were the rooms. Rooms. Also the front desk attendants we're very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE ITS DISGUSTING AND RUN DOWN-you will not get a refund
I stayed at this Hampton because it’s only a couple hundred feet from my apartment and I really just needed to get away for the night due to personal reasons. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Being so close to my apt and needing this get away made it even more of a nightmare for me.
At first glance, the room looked fine, but the closer I looked, the dirtier it got. I wiped down the headboard and surfaces with cleaning supplies and the paper towels were black afterward. The shower had visible mold. The bedding smelled moldy and old to the point where I went back to my apartment to grab my own bedding just so I could sleep. By that point, I wanted to leave entirely, but since I had already paid, I tried to get through the night.
I ended up wiping down almost everything in the room. Basically doing what a housekeeper should have done, because it clearly had not been properly cleaned. The entire experience made me feel uncomfortable, gross, and unsettled. The hotel overall feels run down. The elevators were especially unsettling and added to the feeling that the place isn’t well maintained.
Another issue was the snack shop advertised in the photos. When I went downstairs, it was almost completely empty. There were maybe two or three drinks, and everything else was gone and not stocked at all.
When I checked out the next day, I received an email asking about my stay, which led to a phone call where I explained everything and asked for a refund. I was told I wouldn’t be refunded because I didn’t call the hotel during the night. That explanation makes no sense to me. It was late, I had a very long day, and the entire reason I was staying across from my own apartment was because I just needed to rest. Being told that I had to disrupt my night even further just to be taken seriously feels like a poor excuse.
This is now the third Hilton property I’ve stayed at where I’ve had a poor experience and even worse handling afterward. Based on this pattern, I would not recommend Hilton, and I especially would not recommend this hotel. It felt like they cared far more about keeping my money than about cleanliness, comfort, or basic customer service. This place is under booked so there’s no excuse for dirty rooms.
