Sydney, Esai and Gabriella are world class and should be treated with respect and valued people. The housekeepers are very kind and hard working. I enjoyed making them laugh and they were very quick with a friendly greeting. The only issue I had, was that there was no microwave in the room.

Also, the breakfast is just the bare basic lazy toast and do it yourself instant oatmeal. However, the internet is FAST and the TV actually moves around the surface. Parking was very convenient

This is the lowest brand in the Hilton family, so did not expect much, but they offered an early check in (before noon) and the service was generally accommodating. The room is somewhat basic, but clean - above expectations. The price was right and included free breakfast and parking. Overall, a much better experience than the Hyatt.
