Nice cheap room for a no frills stay. Just needed a place to crash for the night with the family on the way to another destination. Was clean and the beds weren't bad. Was nothing fancy, but great for the price.

I’m really of annoyed. The pictures showed the rooms having microwaves. No microwave. Hair in the shower. Hair in the bed. WiFi doesn’t work. I’ve been in the hospital for 5 days and I’m from out of town. I just wanted to relax without having to keep moving. So I could order food and heat it up bc I can’t eat much. I can’t walk much so it’s been a huge inconvenience. And then the noise. Omg! They’re working on something but instead of saying that they still let me check in! I’m beyond frustrated. I really want to check into another hotel because the run around with the WiFi is just really making me angry.

I want to start by saying the staff here are wonderful. Their customer service is consistently amazing, and they are absolutely not the problem. If I were reviewing them alone, this would be a 5-star post.
Unfortunately, whoever is responsible for running this location — whether that’s the area manager, district manager, or franchise owner — has made some ridiculously unprofessional decisions that completely ruin the experience.
For the last several days, there has been nonstop construction directly above my room: drilling, sanding, grinding, and vibrations so strong they shake the walls. And this isn’t happening briefly — it starts around 9:00–9:30 AM and continues all day long. Being violently woken up by construction noise in a place I’m paying full price to stay in is unacceptable.
There is zero consideration for guests, zero communication, and zero attempt to minimize the impact of this work. It’s beyond disrespectful and shows a complete lack of awareness from whoever is in charge of scheduling or approving this.
I genuinely wanted to leave a positive review because the staff truly deserve it. Guests should not have to tolerate this level of disruption, and certainly shouldn’t be paying full price while enduring it.

The staff at this hotel are much more than "employees", they are friends and people I value. Sydney, Esai and Gabriella are world class and should be treated with respect and valued people. The housekeepers are very kind and hard working. I enjoyed making them laugh and they were very quick with a friendly greeting.
The only issue I had, was that there was no microwave in the room.
