The staff here are awesome, overall clean hotel, and was quiet EXCEPT for the night of their Halloween party. We booked this hotel months in advance as part of a wedding party. At the time of booking we were not informed of the hotel party and only received an email about it a week or so in advance, thinking "oh, can't be that bad since they let us book then"... we were wrong. It was so noisy, even after they turned the music off, people running through the halls yelling and playing music in their rooms. Thank goodness my kids were not there, walking through the adult party to get to our room would have been terrifying for them. Even if you avoided the main party area the halls held many of the party goers (as they should, I'm glad no one was driving, just wish I wasn't trying to sleep there!) Overall, if you can book outside of Halloween weekend, not a bad stay but please avoid when this party occurs so you are not also trying to sleep at a party you never intended on attending. EDIT per company reply: They did send the following email warning us of an event "We’d like to inform you that a large private event will be taking place at the hotel on Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM in the Atrium and Ballroom. The event organizers have reserved all guest rooms and meeting spaces, which will limit access to the restaurant, bar, fitness center, and pool during those hours. In Room Dinning service will not be available on the evening of Saturday 11/1/2025. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you during your stay." What this fails to note, is the yelling in the hallways, music being played in rooms very late, and smoking in the building. So yes, I was informed of an "event", no I was not informed of the ragger.

This place has the rudest staff. Zack at the front desk should not be representing a place that thrives of customer service. Everything I asked for was such replied with an attitude and as if I’m a big problem.

My significant other and I like to take little hotel staycations, our favorite was sold out so we crossed town to go here because we really like having a balcony. They were the biggest nickel-dimer we've ever experienced. It was $17 for parking and their parking lot was huge and was never even close to being half full. Their breakfast cost $20! Where everywhere else has complimentary breakfasts. Compared to our favorite spot (also owned my Hilton) we paid $40 more for the room which was nearly half the size of the room we get at our favorite spot. You had to use your entire body strength to open the patio door. There was crap outside of other tenant's doors that were there at 4 when we checked in though house-keeping was out and about and it was all still there at 10 when we got back. Bottles of water included in the room were an extra $3 if we opened them. No in-room microwave or fridge. There's no complimentary anything here. And very over priced. Do not recommend. We were very disappointed.

Horrible experience. You gave sway my daughters room the night of her wedding then gave them a key to another room which was OCCUPIED by sleeping guests at 1:30 am. You let me check them in at 10:45 and secured it with my cc. They incurred over $450 in expenses because of YOUR error you also failed to give my handicapped husband an ADA compliant room that we requested when we booked the rook This was a complete disappointment, as Hilton to Honors members, we expected more from you than what we got . DO BETTER Hilton
