    Overall good experience. Room was a bit dusty (check the ac units filter it improved our situation) and the carpet could definitely use a vacuum. The towels were a bit rough and aged too. The heating in the room was a bit inconsistent and ran mostly hot, I found it better to just turn it off.

    Pool and hot tub were down and we weren’t notified till showing up and that was one of main reasons we were staying there. Should notify customers before stay. Luckily I did get a refund, I appreciated that.

    Llegamos y la sabana estaba manchada fuimos a recepción y solo nos dieron sábana limpia para yo cambiarla, el baño olía feo como a drenaje el piso de la ducha estaba en muy mal estado la puerta del baño. Estaba suelta era muy difícil poder cerrarla y la de limpieza no entro a limpiar y cuando preguntamos porque no limpiaron nos dijeron k hoy no tocaba k entraran a limpiar si se supone k todos los dias tienen que limpiar., La alberca no servía. Y así puedo seguir quejándome. Super mal. Este hotel

    $18/night parking in a lot that has no other use than parking for this hotel. I’m sure there are additional hidden costs though no discount for a closed pool and hot tub.

    Room was very dated, wall paper coming off the wall in the bathroom, large dings and scratches in the wall in the room. But what was MOST disturbing was that I had to pay for parking at a Hampton Inn! Nothing special just a parking spot in the open next to the building. The morning snow left 6 inches of snow that I still had to clear even after paying to park! I love Hampton properties but will never stay at this location again!
