    Terrific spot for a Red Rocks concert. I we enjoyed not having to travel da after the concert, and a clean place to get ready. All the things you expect from a Hampton Inn- clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast. We’ll stay again!

    My family and I were looking forward to staying at this location, with their hot tub & everything. However, upon arriving their hot tub isn’t working. That’s fine, beyond disappointing and the whole reason why we came.. but fine. Even after we were told their hot tub would be working. Then when trying to get the QR code to validate parking the front desk was unable and unwilling to be helpful enough to just tell us the code we could have texted to validate parking. We had to walk downstairs not once, but twice. Thankfully they did validate our parking but the fact we were going to have to pay for it was crazy to me in the first place. The service here? Beyond disatisfied and will most likely never stay at this location specifically ever again. “We do our best to make it right” girl where?

    Had my truck window busted out and several items stolen, along with several other vehicles near mine, in this hotel’s parking area. When the police came they said this happens quite frequently at this hotel and the hotel hasn’t done anything about it. Beware, if you’re staying at this hotel, don’t leave any valuables in your vehicle.

    We stay at Hamptons all the time and thought they had a higher standard. The ceilings here are 7 feet tall, so you feel like you’re in a cave, there were some pubic hairs in the shower when we got here (but housekeeping came right away), the mattress is awful (you can feel springs), the towels look and feel 15 years old. There are rusty/chipped spots in the shower, no vent in the bathroom, and the bathroom doors are hard to close. And they charge $9/night to park a car!! The location and price were good, but I don’t think I’d book it again. Sadly, the holiday inn express next door has better rooms but the Hampton breakfast is better.
