I booked online while she helped other people and got us checked in. Even though she hadn’t sat down in hours due to being busy (power out nearby) she was still friendly and smiling. Good customer service is hard to come by. Give her a raise!!! Thank you again for a nice stay. Breakfast was okay, only meat was ham. Room could definitely be cleaner.

The front desk and lobby are located in a separate building from the guest rooms. During my stay there was noticeable late-night activity, with loud visitors entering the building in the early morning hours. During the day, I encountered several individuals on the property who made me feel uneasy and some even approached me. Because of this, I decided to book another hotel rather than complete my stay. Even though it is under the "Best Western" franchise, it feels like a budget motel that is going downhill. Online research suggests that this property is going through bankruptcy, which could be another factor. I would not recommend this motel to anyone that is concerned about their safety.
