    The hotel was dirty and staff was not kind. The hallway walls seemed to be falling apart, the walls were paper thin, we found dirt on the beds, stains on every towel, and a dingy yellow pillow mixed in with the rest. We brought that to the attention of the staff and they told me the yellow tinted pillow does belong to the hotel and just looks that way because “it has been used a lot, like your pillows at home would look like after a lot of wear”. I have never owned a pillow that looked in such disgusting condition. They also said they cannot replace it as they have no more pillows because they have had several guests complain of similar things the same day. I was stunned by the response that I just said okay and left it at that. We will never be staying at this hotel again.

    My husband is a Silver Hilton Honors membet, so je stays in them often. Consequently when I am with him we are very often in one Hilton or another. The pillows are horrendous at each and every Hampton Inn and Suites. I hate them. Also not typically a fan of whatever mattresses they use. Very hard. I have had neck/brain surgery several years ago and I realize I am a minority here, but I cannot easily get comfortable in the beds, especially with the pancakes disguised as pillows; even when I am very tired. This particular HIS is currently under renovation and needs it, so good for them. I hope they do the rooms as well as the public areas. Full tubs are no longer needed in this day and age, and the TP holders in both this HIS and the one we were in last night (Colorado Springs, i believe) were loose, spun around and the roll of TP kept falling off anyway. The hotels themselves are quite nice overall and ALL staff at all locations are always friendly, polite, and wonderful.

    LOVED our suite! Thank you to the fabulous manager! Hot tub was great..... pool was a little cooler temp than I prefer. Great location for dining options.

    Lied to me about having breakfast in a to go bag available for pickup each morning at front desk which is the reason I booked this hotel in the first place due to my hectic schedule for my travels. I had bed bug bites my first night of the stay. I called the hotel while I was away from my room asking to switch rooms because of this issue and expected that to be done upon my return. Which they agreed to and said they had availability for me. When I returned to the hotel, they said they entered my room without my permission and evaluated it and found no evidence of bed bugs and were unwilling to switch rooms or give me a refund for the rest of my stay but said they can still check me out of my room. There was no reason for them to check my room without my permission or me being there as there was no immediate danger. Additionally, I’m pretty sure they cleaned up the bed bugs and tried to make me look like a liar. I had bites!! I had to continue sleeping in that room fearing I may wake up with more bites on my legs and risk an infection. I will never be coming back here, ever ever. I would not recommend this place.

    Great place to stay in would highly recommend this place and there is great breakfast options. The people here and at the front desk are so so sweet. The pool and hot tub are so clean and relaxing. The rooms are so so clean. Especially the suites and it is a Very convenient place close to Walmart.And sam's club and a few restaurants. The parking is excellent they have so many spots to park in and the front of the building has an excellent view of the mountains.
