We booked for four nights in August 2025 and upon our arrival to the hotel, the hotel was closed for business and even had a stop work order from the city of Frisco CO posted on the building! (We took photos of the signage posted on the lobby doors) We have reached out several times but to no avail or response! Our credit card company has also reached out with no response from the owner. We were charged in full for a stay which could have never taken place! If the hotel knew they were closed for business, they should have shut down their reservation system and/or respond to people who had reservations while they are closed for business!!!!

They cancelled my reservation without any notice, and despite weeks of emails with IHG (who copied the hotel’s front office), I have received zero response or explanation. I work in the hotel industry and understand cancellations can happen due to oversell or renovations—but silence and lack of accountability are unacceptable. Based on this experience and other reviews, I would avoid this property. Great location in Frisco, but until management improves communication and service, book elsewhere.
- PDPam DowningAug 19, 20251.0We had a 3-day reservation, prepaid through Expedia. When we got to this hotel, we discovered a sign on the door that said they were closed for renovations. We had gotten no notice of this, so we went in, and met a woman in the lobby who was incredibly rude. She told us Expedia had been notified, and that we needed to deal with them. She cut any questions off. We then called Expedia, whose agents have tried to contact the hotel, with no response. The sign on the door did have a number to call, so I called it and was met with an unbelievable level of rudeness. I had to tell the person who answered to let me talk, as she immediately began to talk over me. I wanted to tell her that Expedia was sending an email, and she cut me off and told me that the number (posted publicly as the number to call) was for emergencies only. I am truly appalled at the lack of help, lack of courtesy, and lack of cooperation we encountered at this hotel. Renovations or not, third party bookings or not, there is no excuse for reacting with such an uncaring, downright rude manner.
