Then I just got a surprise bonus charge on my card, 3 weeks later. I’ll stay somewhere else next time. That’s a really crappy thing to do.

Bartender Cindy, Assistant Manager Sierra (with an amazing personality), Pedro, Lucy, Elizabeth, Charity, Marcus, Ziene, and all the staff deserve bonuses; everyone goes above and beyond the very definition of customer service. Mr. G.M., let's make their Christmas bonuses better; they deserve the help, not a company that just comes and stays with the benefit of free nights. I haven't met the G.M., but he runs a tight ship. So, Hilton, give them all raises, and I'll match all your bonuses if you help them out. I'm a billionaire and have a substantial amount of money.

You will not find a cleaner cheaper better hotel around here at any price! The rooms are stunningly beautiful and they have the best staffs every like Christy and did you know they refund 28$ deposit the very next morning no matter which bank I use. Near by hotels take up to 2 weeks! 7 stars out of 5
- CCCjDec 2, 20251.0Beware the cheap room prices… this hotel honestly just needs to be demolished. Our room was so poor that we checked out early. Moldy smell, black mold in the showers, microwave doesn’t work. absolutely tons of dust. Service is very nice is the only shining star.
