Best place to stay in Dillon/Silverthorne. Excellent, friendly customer service, garage parking, extensive hot breakfast and an actual indoor heated pool.

We stayed for week and half over the holidays with high expectations for both the property and the peak-season service. Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Upon arrival after a 10-hour drive, we found our room dirty, dog hair on the couch, and the window curtain broken. The broken curtain rod nearly fell on my wife while she was holding our 9-month-old daughter . A serious safety concern. When I went to the front desk to report it that evening, the response was simply, “I’ll talk to housekeeping,” with no apology or sense of urgency. The next morning, I spoke with the manager, who dismissed the issue entirely, claiming “the curtain always does that” and insisting it wasn’t actually broken. He offered no apology and said that even if we switched rooms, the same problem would occur in every room. On Christmas Eve, we had booked a window table at the rooftop restaurant more than six weeks in advance. Despite the reservation, we were not seated by the window. During dinner, the fire alarm went off, causing significant disruption. Staff assured us there was no fire and everything was fine. However, we were then told they had no ribeye left even though a table seated after us ordered and received ribeyes without issue. We were unable to order dessert because the kitchen said they couldn’t resume cooking until the alarm situation was fully cleared. To make matters worse, when we returned to our room later that evening, there was an actual fire in the area near our room, and the fire department was on scene. This was extremely alarming, especially with a young child in tow. For the premium rate we paid and the length of our stay during the holidays, we expected exceptional service and basic attention to cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. Instead, we received dismissive responses, no apologies, and multiple serious issues throughout our stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Absolutely loved this gem! So close to picking up anything needed - 1 mile ish off the the hwy. Easy commute to keystone & the bus picks up right out front to head to the slopes (no parking/driving hassle)! The rooms were very modern and clean, breakfast buffet incredible lots of quality fresh fruits and protein options offering make your own breakfast burritos, waffles yogurt parfaits & all the usually hotel stuff too yogurts waffles ect. The ambiance in the hot tub is beautiful and cozy at night. They did have a peloton if that’s ur thing! Underground HEATED parking garage was incredibly amazing. Staff were really friendly and kind - dishwasher in the room if ur cooking with a medium fridge. A fantastic experience!

room is not clean, very dirty! They didn't change the bed sheet, there were many hairs on it after we checked in. Even we asked them to change it and we saw they brought a folded sheet, we still found curly hairs on it, that's too disgusting. I suspected they replace it with an used sheet.
