- APAmandala Osorio PerusquiaJan 3, 20265.0La ubicación del hotel está increíble!! Queda muy cerca de varios restaurantes, farmacias, hay un ross justo detrás, un target y muchas otras tiendas. Llegar es super facil. Si llegas del aeropuerto a Union station puedes tomar el free ride de la Av 16 que para en cada cuadra y te deja a escasos metros de hotel. En cuanto a las habitaciones si es verdad que son un poco reducidas pero honestamente por el precio, se me hacen muy bien. Incluye desayuno pero no es el mejor, sin embargo para salir del apuro, está muy bien. En general la pasamos muy bien en nuestra estancia de 4 dias, sin duda regresariamos. Como dato importante, el hotel es pet friendly y eso nos encantó!!
- YSyunik sungDec 28, 20251.0This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I honestly recommend finding another place. Here are my reasons. 1. The room was not clean. I found a noticeable amount of hair in the bathroom. 2. I requested one extra pillow, but housekeeping never came. The front desk said they only had one housekeeper working on a busy Saturday. If that’s true, it shows a serious lack of staff management. That also explains why the room wasn’t properly cleaned. You’re better off staying somewhere with better service quality and faster response times. 3. If you’re traveling with pets, stay somewhere else. There is no nearby area around the hotel where pets can urinate or defecate.

The hotel is right at front of a big parking lot so the view is decent but not great. Since the hotel it is in the downtown. Just be careful going for a walk around the city. I have noticed a good amount of people under drugs or homeless people.

When your job is to just be nice to people and serve, it seems like you have an easy time, would you like me to do it for you? I don't have a difficult time being normal to others.

I booked a double queen room five months in advance, yet when I went to check in, they had changed my reservation to a king bed without telling me. With three people staying, that obviously wasn’t going to work. When I brought it up, I was told they had oversold, had no queen rooms available, and didn’t even have a cot to offer. In other words, they left me completely stranded with zero solutions, forcing me to walk around trying to find a new hotel at the last minute. Only after I secured another hotel did someone suddenly “find” a queen room that had magically become available. The whole situation was unprofessional, stressful, and honestly unacceptable. I shouldn’t have to fight for the room I reserved months in advance.
