Poorly managed, was met with nothing but attitude by management when I came in during check in time and had to wait an hour for my room to be ready. The bar is supposed to open at 4 but when I came down, absolutely no one was there, and I didn’t see anyone until about 6 o’clock. The website lied about the amenities that they offer and I will not be coming back here. If you need a pace to stay in downtown Denver, go anywhere but the Hilton

They sent a text to my cell phone asking if we needed anything, I replied with a request, never heard back. We had to walk to the desk to ask for everything (like fresh towels). Got the room based on location, so that was as expected, but the room was tiny, the bed was awful, the customer service was non-existent.

Been to Toronto, San Fran, Niagara Falls and never been slapped with a $300 hold. Then I get to my room and 2 out of 5 lights actually work. Glad I paid that $300. Street noise is very loud. Ruined my entire vacation. Edit: this is my 3rd time in Denver, I have stayed at two other hotels and never EVER got charged a $300 hold. I almost want to call the number listen and request that hold be reduced since it’s outrageous.
