- JWJaw WingmanJan 2, 20264.0Breakfast is very good. Gym is clean. There is a small basketball court on the back side. The only downside is that it charges $15 for overnight parking. I am not sure if this is common for the hotels near the Denver airport. This is the first time I have to pay for parking at Tru when the location is quite off the downtowns or business centers.

This hotel is part of a Stay to Play for Varsity cheer. We checked in and it wasn’t 100% clean. The bathroom floors were dirty and the soaps needed to be refilled. We also noticed the ceiling in the shower had a huge water stain. We told staff at the front desk but the guy was so robotic and didn’t seem to care we had problems. The bathroom door also wouldn’t stay open. Sure enough, the next morning, water started leaking from the shower ceiling. A big hole opened up. We asked to be moved. Thy made it seem like we were an inconvenience. No apologies, just “here’s your new room keys.” I asked to speak to a manager but nobody was onsite at 7 pm. Nobody ever followed up. All I can say is the breakfast was decent and location was convenient to restaurants and our venue.

I stayed here on the 4th of july and the only reason I had booked here was because of they advertised that they had a table. When I brought this to the clerks attention, stating that I wanted a refund, they could have been any less cooperative. I recommend that you do not stay here.
