I booked a King suit with a Mountain View for my anniversary and called about 5-6 hours prior to arriving to let them know I will be arriving late and was assured they had what I booked. When I made it there around midnight, they told me we are out of the rooms I booked and if I want they will offer me a regular room at the same price or I can go to a different hotel. At that time, I didn’t have any options left so we stayed in a regular room. When I asked to talk to a manager, there wasn’t anyone available that night or the next morning. Very poor customer service

I would like to express my extreme disappointment with my family’s recent stay at your hotel. We traveled as a family and specifically reserved a room with a king bed and a pull-out sofa for our children.
Upon arriving at approximately 9:00 p.m. following a late flight into Denver, we discovered that the pull-out bed had no linens, pillows, or blankets available. We contacted the front desk to request these items and were informed they would be sent to our room.
After a significant delay, I went to the front desk to follow up. The staff member on duty was dismissive and stated that she was the only employee working and that we would need to continue waiting. For a Friday night, it was both surprising and concerning that only one staff member was available—there was no housekeeping, concierge, or room service support, only a single front desk attendant.
The requested linens were not delivered until approximately 10:30 p.m. Traveling with young children, this prolonged delay and lack of assistance had a significant negative impact on our stay and resulted in an extremely disappointing experience overall.

One of the worst experiences that I had on the Christmas Day I. This hotel with the staff!
Waited over 29 minutes in the line to get to have the breakfast! When it was our turn they said you have to order to go and take it somewhere like to the bar area and eat your food.
Then we took it there and the bartender was giving us an attitude saying you can’t seat here and it’s this area is for lunch time ! Which the whole area was empty and there were 2 people were seating there still eating as well!
Long story short, not recommending this place at all, specially when you are a guest here in this town and the hotel on the Christmas Day !
Very unpleasant!

I highly recommend this hotel. I will start with check in. The staff member who assisted us, whose name I unfortunately forgot, was very informative and kind. I believe he is German. I would also like to thank Ernie for upgrading both of my rooms. That was awesome, and the view was very beautiful. The two rooms I booked were clean and comfortable. Overall, the service and the hotel deserve a 10/10 rating. The only minor issue was that the cold water in one room was coming out hot, but since we only stayed for one night, I chose not to call the front desk. If I come back, I will definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed here during a solo trip to Colorado and had a great experience overall. I did have a small hiccup with my luggage before leaving , but the hotel staff handled it well and helped resolve the situation, which I really appreciated.
What truly stood out, though, was Jillian, the bartender. She was absolutely awesome, welcoming, kind, and genuinely made me feel comfortable as a solo traveler. Her personality, attentiveness, and positive energy made my stay feel less like a hotel visit and more like a place I could relax and enjoy. She’s the kind of person who leaves a lasting impression and represents the hotel so well.
Thank you to the staff and especially Jillian for making my stay memorable. I would definitely return.
