- KCkevin chenNov 4, 20251.0This is a ridiculous and unsafe hotel with irresponsible management. on our second day of stay We found a used wet bra showed up in my bathroom, which doesn't belong to my wife. We are 100% sure that there're no other people's belongings in my room when we checked in on the first day. The only reasonable explanation is that Some unauthorized person probably entered our room and took shower during our absence then forgot her underwear on the toilet. We reported this to the assist manager of the hotel, and requested to talked to the manager. However, after hours of waiting, nobody was coming to face their serious security issue. We feel invasion of our privacy and very unsafe staying at this hotel.

They have a nice happy hour with free drinks and snacks on some evenings. The staff was friendly. The breakfast attendants aren't really but, they do their job. There is an outdoor area to sit at and smoking area as well. Please be careful when entering as the door will shut rapidly. My mom was slowly walking behind us and the door literally shut within inches of her face. We parked across the street and we're charged for 4 nights parking despite leaving on the 3rd day just after check out. The rooms are compact. They make best of the space. They do have a small kitchen. There is a pull out sofa with a small bed and extra linens. This is walking distance from the convention (safely). Beautiful view. The elevator traffic does slow down at times.

This facility is located in the outskirts of the main entainment, restaurant areas. Check in is at 3 p.m. I checked in at 3 p.m. all parking stalls were reserved, so no parking available. My room overlooked the parking area. Thruout the night into the next day there were 4 parking stalls available. Poor management of the onsite parking or customers are allowed to reserve stalls in advance. Not sure, but this area has a lot of break-in s do not recommend parking off site if possible.
