Our car got broken into. Looks like they were tring to steal it. Broken steering column and window. Stolen suitcase with my son's suit in it. Missed our flight because of all of this.
No cameras in the parking lot. No help except a trash bag to put on the window.

Well they did hold a room for us after midnight. Not many do that anymore. I may be out of the loop and first time I have ever paid to park at a business that I was a patron of. Just hit me wrong as a business owner if I charged to park at my business. I would be out of business

The rooms are nice enough despite not even having a coffee machine or microwave (which were listed as being in the room on the booking site I used). Which, for the price, seems ridiculous. The parking - that you shouldn’t have to pay for because it’s literally their own parking lot attached to the hotel) is $11/day NOT $10, as their website says. The lot is also REALLY poorly lit in the back, with is just asking for guests to be assaulted, honestly.
I’m also not crazy about being forced to sign up for their rewards program just to get (staggered) WiFi access when that should absolutely be covered in the cost of the room to begin with. Particularly by a company like Hilton, which we all know is perfectly capable of providing fair amenities. They just choose not to.

My flight was severely disrupted and the hotel wouldn't refund me. I was relying on the airline to get me to denver for a short trip. This location refused to refund me even after I had truly legitimate travel problems. I reached out to hotel management and they didn't have the decency to respond to me. I will never use a hilton property ever again. apparently they need my money vs any attempt of customer service. if it was a small mom and pop i get it. But Hilton! very disappointed and expect any customer service or flexibility

I had a great experience at Spark by Hilton Denver Airport! The hotel is very clean, modern, and comfortable. I especially want to thank Stephany at the front desk — she was so welcoming, friendly, and professional from the moment I arrived. She made check-in fast and easy, and her excellent customer service truly made my stay better.
The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the atmosphere was relaxing after a long day of traveling. The location is also very convenient to the airport.
Thank you to Stephany and the entire team for making my stay enjoyable. I definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!
