    Our stay was so comfortable. The room was affordable and super clean. The booking, check-in, and check-out process were incredibly easy. It was perfect for our stay after a late night arrival into DIA. Also, the complimentary breakfast was SO good!

    Booked a room as a silver member, was never told that I needed to make Shuttle reservations ahead of time got to check in and was told the 4:30 AM shuttle was full because there are a lot of families and then I could take the 4 AM or the 5 AM. Doubt the families are silver members, but I'm still relegated to ride 30 minutes early or late to get to the airport. Staff was not supportive. Get a bigger shuttle.

    Hilton member for years, this was truly a first rude experience. Flight was canceled due to weather conditions flying out of Chicago. Spoke with the front desk receptionist, advised her of my situation and if she could please refund due to uncontrollable flight cancelation, which other Hilton properties have done so in my years of being a customer. The receptionist spoke with manager Alisa/Allison and told me there was nothing she could do. No empathy, no understanding of the situation. I will never book with this specific hotel again, future passengers be aware. There are other properties that are willing to accommodate.

    I got home viewed by bill was charged for parking and 10.00 for additional points. Lucinda the front desk agent kept hanging up saying call tomorrow she can not help me. So very unprofessional. At checkin rep said would register our car as my phone was not charged to scan QR code, next morning we had a tow card on our rental. Good thing they didn’t tow it. Coffee empty in the morning. Very hard to believe this is a Hilton property.
