Doubt the families are silver members, but I'm still relegated to ride 30 minutes early or late to get to the airport. Staff was not supportive. Get a bigger shuttle.

Spoke with the front desk receptionist, advised her of my situation and if she could please refund due to uncontrollable flight cancelation, which other Hilton properties have done so in my years of being a customer. The receptionist spoke with manager Alisa/Allison and told me there was nothing she could do. No empathy, no understanding of the situation. I will never book with this specific hotel again, future passengers be aware. There are other properties that are willing to accommodate.

So very unprofessional. At checkin rep said would register our car as my phone was not charged to scan QR code, next morning we had a tow card on our rental. Good thing they didn’t tow it. Coffee empty in the morning. Very hard to believe this is a Hilton property.
