Very nice for budget hotel. No airport shuttle but I was able to get a Lyft for less than $30. Had several USB plugs in the room, and a decent Continental breakfast (bagels, yogurt, oatmeal, I don't remember what else).

We were just stopping for a quick overnight. The rooms were comfortable. Area was a little run down. Breakfast was very limited. The highlight was the employees. Everyone was kind and friendly and helpful, especially Frankie and Darion

Had a reservation for tonight and showed up pretty early this AM. I stopped into the hotel and figured I could use the WiFi knock out some reports until Check-in time. There was not an agent up front when I arrived at 9:30.I set up in the lobby, no biggie. When she finally did arrive, I asked if I could access the internet. This agent was seated, She was not welcoming, did not say hello. In the most snarky tone, she asked "are you a guest here?"- Right there, I decided I will not be staying here tonight, I do not want to be a guest if this is how you treat them.

As others have mentioned, while the rooms have been remodeled and look great - the building is in rough shape. I was several doors away from the elevator and it was loud enough to wake me up in the middle of the night. When I took my dog to do his business outside, there were used needs and a lot of litter.
If this is how Spark hotels are around the country, I'll pass next time. Worth the little extra to stay elsewhere.
