Hotel was beautiful, clean, very spacious with full kitchen and well stocked. Breakfast was good, we loved sitting by the fireplace with the kiddos. VALET employees were amazing. JARRETT, SENAI AND HOPE all did an amazing job helping us with many things, bringing the car quickly(and frequently with our large extended family) and always in great upbeat moods to laugh with! Definitely the best part of our hotel experience!!

The hotel is okay, but the valet is great! In particular, Jarrett, was extremely helpful in parking my oversized SUV. He is exceptionally friendly and hard working. After a long cross country drive, his friendly attitude was especially appreciated.

The $60 per day parking fee is not mandatory as others have said, but the 'incident deposit' of $60 per night that goes towards any charge of your stay(like parking or food/drink) is. Had no idea about this and booked a stay for 4 nights, thinking I'd avoid the charge by taking an uber there. The $240 per night charge I recieved upon check in was quite the surprise and made my budget a lot more restrictive for my trip. When I expressed my surprise to the clerk, he almost seemed worried i would complain, like this is something that happens on a consistent basis. Luckily its just a hold, but it still takes 3-5 business days to go back on your card after check out. Maybe I didnt know about this because I booked through a third party website but regardless, that information should be provided when book.
As others have said, the pipes in our rooms when showering and flushing the toilet sounded like a jackhammer. It was funny the first day but by the third day I was ready to go buy my own jackhammer and redo the plumbing myself.
The strict rules over new years (30th and 31st) were disappointing but understandable. These included no one being able to enter the hotel that did not have a wrist band. The only way to get a wrist band was if you were on the registery for a room. Long story short, no sleep overs. No loud music. No partying. Etc.
Location was pretty much the only positive thing about staying here since it was right next to the convention center. That and the hot tub was nice. If I had known what I know now about this hotel, I would have happily booked a different hotel with less restrictions, including the incident deposit, even if it was a further walk from the convention center. Won't be staying here again unless absolutely necessary.
