This hotel is inside of the Hampton Inn. The rooms were converted, so they are not like other Homewood Suites. The one bedroom is not really a one bedroom, it is an open studio with no door separating the sleeper couch area. The lack of privacy was extremely disappointing. There was nothing the staff could do, and they even admitted that it’s not like other Homewoods. That said, if you’re looking for a studio the room is sufficient. However for the one bedroom as advertised, it is overpriced. Good location, easy walking to the 16th street mall, Capitol Hill, etc. A/C was glitchy and the heat didn’t work. Huge metal staple on the floor when we checked in, could have caused an injury.

Jarrett and Hope were great with assisting us with our luggage. We came down to Denver for a school related trip and our advisor wasn’t here in time to check us in our rooms. We had no problems storing our luggage and exploring the city till our advisor arrived!

Jarrett and Hope were so kind and helpful. They helped my large group load all of our bags—didn’t have to lift a finger! Showed us to the restroom and refreshments ❤️ Already a wonderful experience at the Homewood Suites.

During my recent three-day business trip, I had the pleasure of interacting with the valet team, Jerred and John. I needed to retrieve my car multiple times each day, and they consistently delivered outstanding service. They were quick, efficient, and professional every single time. — thank you, Jerred and John, for your excellent work!

I came here with my daughter for a little staycation and was blown away by how clean and well-stocked the rooms were. They have everything- dishes, cookware, tableware, a stove, dishwasher, even Tupperware! It really felt like a home away from home.
The view of the city from our room was spectacular. The pool and hot tub are both salt water and located downstairs- such a nice touch! Just watch your step, the floors can be a little slick.
There’s no full restaurant onsite, but there is a bar, and there’s also a great Mexican spot called 3 Margaritas right on the corner of 16th Street Mall (they even do to-go margaritas!). The breakfast buffet at the hotel was also surprisingly good - plenty of options and everything fresh.
The staff really made our stay even better. Gina was super helpful answering my questions, and Kevin went out of his way to get me a late checkout, which I really appreciated.
Our stay was short this time, but I’ll definitely be coming back for my next staycation- and any family visiting Denver, I’ll be sending them here!
