    Ebony was very efficient and made checking in quick and easy. I travel with a dog and she made my experience checking in late pleasurable not miserable.

    Absolutely awful experience. I called the front desk to ask about the airport shuttle schedule — simple question, right? The operator first said it runs every 30 minutes. When I tried to get a bit more detail (like what times it actually runs), she suddenly got impatient and snapped that it’s “on call” and can leave whenever I want. Really? So which is it — scheduled or on call? Clearly she had no idea how it actually works, and worse, didn’t care to find out. Completely unprofessional attitude and zero effort to help guests. If this is the level of service they think is acceptable, I can’t imagine what the rest of the stay would be like.

    Ebony was amazing at the front desk. Very accommodating and extremely friendly. Even offered a different room for me since the one I selected had construction going on around that room. She wanted to ensure I got a good nights sleep. I’ve had issues at another Home2 where the general manager was extremely rude, and disrespectful to me. I love the Home2 part of the Hilton brand and always choose them, I almost didn’t this time because of a previous experience. But I am SO GLAD I picked this one.

    We got to this hotel very late at night, around 1AM for a work trip for my husband and were met with problems over a company card. We provided all the information, proved the card was for his company, but since the card was not directly in his name the person at the front desk refused to help us. Mind you, we had been on the road for 9 hours. My husband has used this company card at Hampton/Home2Suites over 300 times and we travel all the time for his job without any problems. And in my opinion, instead of refusing us service or any help in any way, they should have contacted customer service themselves. The reservation was on file. Instead, we had to go back to the truck and sit on the phone with a customer service representative until they overrode the check-in. Never in my life have I ever had a hotel tell me to walk out and that they are not going to help me at all even though my reservation is on file. The front desk person should have done more. Unfortunately when we come back to CO we won’t be staying at this location. All the other front desk representatives were wonderful but they need better front-desk support overnight. We were there for 7 days so that is why we stay at these hotels. Way to put a bad taste in my mouth about them. It took us 3 hours to check in. So 1AM then turned to 4AM. I understand life is hard BUT DO YOUR JOB.
