A microwave is available for your use in our market at your convenience. Breakfast is included in your stay and available from 630 AM until 10 AM Monday thru Friday and 7 AM until 10 AM on the weekends. Our fitness center and laundry facilities are available 24 hours a day. Parking is valet only 64 dollars a night per vehicle and self parking is not available on site but there are many parking garages and other services available to you. Please stop by the front desk or call 303-759-1301 with any questions or requests before during or after your stay. We look forward to your stay with us.

    We have stayed at your hotel before and previously had a positive experience, which is why we chose to return. Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing. The sink in our room did not work properly and leaked water everywhere, and the shower stopped working entirely. When we reported these issues, the only accommodation offered was to move us to a single-bed room instead of the double room we had originally booked. Since we were traveling with multiple people, this was not a reasonable solution. Luckily, we had booked two rooms, but this resulted in everyone having to come to our room to shower, which was extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the valet damaged our vehicle during our stay, leaving us to deal with the added stress of an insurance claim. While the hotel did comp the $64 per night parking fee, which we appreciate, it does not adequately make up for the inconvenience and damage we experienced. Overall, given the issues with the room, the lack of a suitable resolution, and the damage to our vehicle, I would not recommend staying here.

    Cool spot downtown. Great for access to a lot of events, from concerts to sports. Shopping area is alright, kind of run down from what it used to be but there are a lot of breakfast and dinner options around. Hotel breakfast is a good option.

    全体的にはとても満足できる滞在でした。 この宿泊費で、ここまできれいで清潔なホテルはなかなかありません。 ◾️部屋 👍 スタジオタイプの部屋だったため、コンロはありませんがキッチンがあり、お皿やナイフ・フォーク、冷蔵庫も備え付けられていて、とても助かりました。 ◾️駐車場👎 ホテルの駐車場は高いです。overnight で64ドルもします。 近くにたくさん駐車場があるのでそこを利用するのがおすすめ。近隣なら20-40ドル程度で済みます。 ◾️朝食 👎 一方で、朝食については改善の余地があると感じました。 会場は非常に混雑しており、スタッフは配膳対応のみで、席の案内などはなく、全体的にコントロールが行き届いていない印象でした。 お皿やコップがすぐになくなっても補充が追いつかず、コーヒーカップの受け皿を使って食事しました。 ホットケーキは機械が自動で焼いてくれるユニークな仕組みでしたが、一枚出来上がるまでに時間がかかるため行列ができ、混雑していました。多くの人が待ちきれず、途中で諦めている様子でした。僕も諦めました。 また、片付けも追いついておらず、テーブルが汚れたまま次の利用者が使っている場面も見受けられました。 さらに、利用者の人数に対して提供される料理の量が少なく、すぐに品切れになってしまっており、食べたいものが食べれませんでした。 朝食のシステムを見直し、もう少し適切に運営・コントロールしていただければ、より満足度の高い滞在になると思います。 また、滞在したいです。

    It’s fine for what you need. Arrived tonight with my family and they were short staffed (I get it’s Christmas) for the valet and the front desk - they were slammed and struggling to keep up with the demand. The rooms are fine, upon arrival immediately found our bathroom door broken and unusable, shower has a few mild spots, bathroom vanity drawers had hairs in it (not ours), spotty paint touch ups on the wall. I picked this because we stayed at one in Colorado Springs that was just amazingly clean. I guess location varies in quality. Again, it’s “fine”.

    I had a confirmed, fully paid reservation and was driving non-stop from Texas to Denver (14 hours). I tried calling the hotel many times, but no one answered. When I arrived late, my room had been sold, and the first front desk employee was not helpful.name Anjelo- … Thankfully, Omar from the next shift was extremely understanding, professional, and flexible. He fixed the issue and made everything work out. I’m very grateful for his excellent customer service.
