  There are cockroaches and other bugs, the rooms are not clean, and the staff is extremely unhelpful (except for Christy, who deserves a raise). At least it's very convenient to get to the convention center.

  Trip was great. Everything about this hotel and location were great. Check in was smooth and staff was helpful and friendly. They have an option to check your bag prior to and following check in/out which was super helpful. Room was clean and functional. Everything seemed brand new. Breakfast was a bonus as well. I've been to Denver for conferences 3 times over the last 2 years and this has been the best spot so far. A block from the convention center. 15 minute walk to the train station.

  It's very well-kept modern studio King room with a kitchenette, couch with hide-a-bed, spacious bathroom & large stand-up shower. 6am to 10am there's a continental breakfast included, and even though some other reviews said their food was bad, this one made my top 5 in the continental category. The coffee, pancakes, oats, french toast... build a breakfast sammy togo! The price is completely fair, just know that unless you use thier 45$ Valet Parking, you'll need to offload your belongings onto a cart near the front desk & then drive to a nearby public parking lot OR garage for about 25$ overnight fee. Big thanks to housekeeping, food & beverage crew! Look for QR codes & leave a tip if you can.

  The staff was friendly. Our first morning upon awakening we noticed that our sheets had worn holes in them all over. They were old sheets and there was also makeup on them. When we asked housekeeping to change our sheets for us they just left us a pile of new ones and didn't do any sort of service to the room. I did see later that there was a sign explaining that housekeeping is every other day. The vent is situated so that it blows air into your face as you sleep. We turned off the fan but then an incessant beeping started which could only be covered up by the fan itself. We hacked that issue by putting a towel in the vent, see picture. It appears that this has been done before judging by the condition of the vent slats.

  Everything was very smooth and the room was a great location! It is a little loud because you are downtown, but that comes with being right in the heart of everything. I found everything was clean and well maintained; it must have been recently renovated. The staff were friendly. The gym was well appointed and clean. I was able to walk from here to everything that I wanted to see. I like having the option for fridge and microwave, etc. so I could enjoy my leftovers from all the great food I had in Denver. There is a great view of the Rockies. The breakfast is typical Hilton hotel breakfast--very serviceable. I didn't need it, but I appreciated that there was a curtain in the room to separate the King bed from what I am assuming is a pull out couch if you were travelling with other people.
